I used to love this place when I was younger, Alicia and Leann were the best and were so friendly and made it fun, but I recently went in for a quick trim and I couldnt believe how awful the customer service was.. you walk in and the girls just ignore you, when it was my turn the stylist came up to me and without a hi or anything just said what do you want (completely miserable).. while she was doing my hair a man came in and just asked how long of a wait they thought it would be, and the girl cutting my hair looked over at him and said I dont know a while? and rolled her eyes.. I felt bad for the guy.. They made it such a miserable environment and made me (and a few other customers that I talked to while I was waiting) feel so uncomfortable as if I was bothering them simply by being there.. I can guarantee I will never be returning.. miserable people!

This is probably the worst holiday hair to go to. Every time I try to go there, Im treated rudely, Im not greeted or even looked at. The last time I got my hair cut there, it was absolutely awful and this last time I wanted to get my hair dyed and she was going to charge me Atleast double of what the holiday hair I usually go to charges me. Not only that But instead of giving me, her current customer, her attention, she walked away to talk to the people who were waiting because she knew them already. Im sorry but if youre working with someone they should get your attention not the next customers, its rude. Im just going to stick to the one I usually go to. The one in walnutport is the worst one Ive been in.

I give it one star because there wasnt an option for zero stars. This place is disgusting, the floor was covered in hair, yellow stains, candy wrappers and random hair dressers tools. Additionally, calling ahead and making an appointment doesnt mean youre going to be taken care of within an hour of your scheduled appointment.

Finding Myself In the Craziness

I like this salon. I use Melanie for my stylist and she is absolutely amazing at what she does. Some of the stylists are under qualified but overall its pretty good.

Place is out dated and needs a remodel but the staff is always courteous happy to see you.
