Same thing basically happened to me as the person below. Went in around 2:30 and wanted highlights and blowdry/cut, my hair is up to my chin and had 3 different stylist working on my hair at one point. The girl didnt seem like she knew what she was doing and couldnt answer a single one of my questions without asking another stylist. Next thing you know as she is washing the toner out of my hair the other stylist says "Your going to have to reschedule your hair cut bc we are about to close." (it was around 5:45) By that time I was frustrated and I am a very relaxed/mellow person and was sitting in the chair the girl was towel drying my hair, I just told her it was fine, threw my beanie on my head and went to pay. When I got home and waited for my hair to dry, the whole top front part of my hair has no highlights but when you look at the top back I have highlights. I flipped my hair upside down and my husband was like "woah, there is a huge blonde chunk on the back of your head!" I made him take a pic and was completely upset by that point! My husband called them to speak to a manager but she wasnt in, so he is going there tomorrow to demand our money back so we can go somewhere else to fix it bc if I had 3 dif stylist working on my hair and they all messed up I def will not be going back! Not to mention while I was there I seen at least 2 unhappy customers walk out and at first thought it was people being picky but now I dont know.

So my friend and I went there to have her sons hair done and while waiting we asked if we could have a haircut too. I politely asked if its okay since we dont have an appointment and the "stylist" said that would fine and asked us to come back at a specific time So, we went back 5 minutes late, our fault, but she was finishing up a customer and the lady at the front desk asked us to wait. So what happens next is we were completely ignored by the whole store. We sat there and our "stylist" started putting away magazines and receipts. I had the decency to ask them when they would have the time to entertain us only to be told that since youre late I cant accommodate you now and that shes got an appointment that she cant be late for. Well and good! If she explained that we would have understood and made another appointment, she made us wait and didnt even bother to explain! what kind of service are these people doing! I personally dont even know if theyre good at what they do but with our experience this is the last place you would ever want to go to get your hair done. Horrible service and the staff below average! Oh and on our way out she got a call that her "appointment" is running late! hah!

Worst place ever I went in to cut my hair and dye it...first they didnt have the color I want to streak my hair and to go buy it once I got it done the pink dye was left on so I had gunk of dye in my hair not mentioned my hair was different tones of color ranging from dark pink light pink and even Orange on top of that I was drenched wet from so call washing my hair so I had to buy a new shirt I went back to tell them they kept apologizing but said it wasnt there fault the dye didnt grab they so called fixed it by dying my hair black when my hair hair color was dark brown...I would not recommend this place at all worst place ever!!!!!

The girl here took 7 hours to do a Hi light She did a horrible job leaving my hair orange with some pink streaks she also got bleach all down my neck and ruined my shirt. I went back twice to try to have her fix it ended up going to another salon and the girl showed me a huge bleach spot on the back of my head underneath. You would think with a name of Regis they would know what they were doing but truth be told it was horrible hair service and the other girls there are snobby teenagers!!

Awful. The girl doing my hair (sorry I forgot her name) had NO IDEA what she was doing. She had to keep asking another girl working for help, who during my cut was working on 2 other clients at the same time. My hair came out uneven, chopped, and not at all what I asked for. I had to let it grow out a little before I can find a different salon to go to to fix it.

Horrible just horrible took my kids there for school cuts the back of there necks where all scrapped up from the clippers they had a terrible attitude my kids have been getting there hair cuts for years and never had this happen before very upset I will never go back there!!

Got some highlights done here and it was one of the best jobs anyone has done on my hair, they blow dried and styled my hair as well.. all for an amazing price!! Definitely will be returning!

Loved Charlotte she was so sweet and gave me a great deal and did a wonderful job on my hair coloring and highlighting!! I would recommend Charlotte the owner 100% if you go!!
