If you’re looking for a body shop and a great experience, look no further. I was referred to Kelley & Souder through a friend who swore by them. I was somewhat skeptical only because if something sounds too good to be true it usually is. In this case WRONG!!! I’ve read all the reviews and they also support the fact that this body shop will take care of you and your car. From my experience the owner Bud has lived up to his reputation and more. He has hired a team of guys that not only take care of cars that are in their garage but also the ones outside when it’s raining and your tops down. Simply the staff just lives up to Bud’s standards and it shows with the quality of work. This auto body team doesn’t miss a beat. I requested at least a half dozen tweaks to be done to the car and they simply told me we are up for the challenge. I could go more into detail but to save space on the internet they took care of everything I asked for. Bud worked with my schedule, his communications was at a scholar level and add 30 years of experience and advice you just can’t go wrong. The work was showroom quality without the huge price tag. The wait time to get my car back was half the time another competitor quoted and Bud was still cheaper in price. In the previous review Paul Rumore wasn’t kidding about getting a nice block of chocolate when everything is said and done. In closing I’d like to say that I’ve been in my fair share of accidents and that anxiety you get when you see the damage feels terrible. That all goes away when you know you’re in great hands with Kelley & Souder and the A-Team he’s got. Thanks again and again for all the hard work you put in to bring my car back to new. Side note: If you’d like to tip Bud after your vehicle is done, he plays golf with Titleist Pro V1’s.

WOW, they did an excellent job. I cant even see where my car was damaged and they did it in less than a week. They worked with the insurance company when there was a question so I did not have to be involved. Bud and his crew are very personable and friendly. Bud was the ONLY person who thought to pull out my fender to make my life easier while I shopped around. Yes, I shopped around - 4 places to be exact. Bud was the only one who really took time to explain everything to me, pulled out my fender so I could get in and out of my car easier, followed up with a phone call, and gave me chocolate from Ashleys Chocolate when the work was done! I recently was involved in an accident that required repairs to my car. I went to Kelley and Souder on the advice of a good friend. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. It was personalized and professional. Customer service is very important to me, and they delivered! My car was repaired in the time frame that was quoted to me and the work done was outstanding. They even cleaned the car! I don t remember the last time it was that clean :) It was obvious to me Bud Souder takes great pride in his company, and satisfying the customer is top on his list. I highly recommend their services.

I needed my 2004 radiator support fixed so a new condensor could be installed. A nearby shop told me the support was rusted beyond repair and quoted $2,000 for the job, but felt it could be more. I waited several months contemplating the expense. After deciding to get a few more quotes, Bud Souder was my choice. Not only did he assure me that the support couldnt be so rusted that it wasnt repairable, his estimate was also much more realistic and reasonable. He completed the work without hassle and came in just under his estimate. Everything is back in order!

(most deer hits) From the moment of the damage either from a motor vehicle accident or struck deer, Bud Souder is very warm, welcoming and professional. Bud works with the insurance companies, leaving one less worry!! When the work starts, Bud updated us on the expected timeline and on the past two occasions the work was done before the timeline. The work is second to none and is personally inspected by Bud before it leaves the shop! He is a real pro!! A professional establishment for sure!!!

I found Kelley and Souder online and chose them because of the good reviews. I found Bud to be very personable and helpful in explaining what needed to be done for my repair. He even helped me out by contacting the car rental service when they failed to show up with my rental car. Genuinely nice guy. The work was done quickly and it looks great. Im hoping our cars dont need any body work done soon, but I can happily recommend Kelley and Souder to others.
