In October of 2014, my 2014 Audi S4 was hit while parked. The impact to the rear was so hard, my drivers side C-pillar was crumbled and the rear wheel was pushed forward, resulting in a broken axle and damaged suspension. From the start Steve Mugler handled the insurance companys inquiries and communicated to all parties efficiently and effectively. Though the insurance company low balled the estimate and wanted to replace my OEM parts with refurbished parts, Cavallos stood by their word that they would not proceed with the repairs until it met both mine and their expectations. After further investigation, Cavallos discovered more damage and informed the insurance company that the cars structure has been compromised. Therefore, resulting in a total loss and keeping me out of the car. Cavallos may have not repaired my vehicle due to it being totaled, but they earned my trust! I 100% recommend Cavallos for any of your auto needs.

Cavallo Auto is a friendly, trustworthy, and easy place to deal with...until they get paid. I set up a time to bring my car in for repairs weeks ago. Then once Cavallos was prepaid for my repair, all of a sudden their schedule had filled up and they couldnt do my repairs. The soonest Id now be able to bring my car in would be 4 to 5 weeks later! I told them I didnt want to wait that long and would rather take care of it now so it wouldnt interfere with me enjoying my summer. I was even willing to wait until next week. However the Cavallo staff advised my car wasnt a priority bc a bunch of new customers brought in wrecked cars. I said f**k them, I was already scheduled, thats not my problem! Yet Cavallo still refused to keep my scheduled repair. Thanks for wasting my f*****g time!

The level of service from this shop is simply the best. They do outstanding work and keep in contact through every step of the project. I would highly reccomend this shop to anyone... Steve the shop manager does an unbelieveable job at keeping you in the loop
