I havent been able to open my passenger door in months since a neighbor backed into the front fender and basically wedged the door panel shut. Finally had time to get to an auto body shop and I picked this one because of how close it is. Mike came out and took a look at it and said that I was welcome to call our insurance and file a claim if I wanted compensation for it, but if I just wanted a functional door again, he could have it fixed in five minutes. Sure enough, five minutes and one slide hammer later, my door is as good as new. When I asked how much it would be, he said it didnt take him any special equipment and barely any time at all, so I didnt have to pay a cent. (Still gave him $25, because having a functional door was very worthwhile to me). Very professional, very friendly, and very accommodating--highly recommended!

Very helpful, friendly, honest guys. Another dealership/service center scared me into thinking my newly purchased (but used) car was a mistake and that the frame was badly rusted. I never saw it at that service center but was basically convinced I had to worry that I made a bad purchase. I then took it to Tom Moyer Auto Body and they actually lifted my car right on the spot and walked me through the areas, stating that the rust was merely surface, completely normal, and nothing to worry about. They are knowledgeable and helpful- a rare find anymore in the service world. Thank you Mike
