I stopped here for a repair estimate on the bed and fender of my 06 Dodge Ram 3500 truck. I expected the person to come out to discuss what needed to be done, take a few digital photos and then email or fax an estimate to me. The young black male seemed to have very little interest in doing anything at all. He came outside and I showed him the rear fender damage and he put his hand on the pickup bed and said, "Its gonna be like thousands" He then went on to say that "the side piece" will probably not be available anywhere. I told him Ive looked on the web and the parts are available. The truck is only 11 years old. I felt like he just didnt want to be bothered with providing any kind of estimate at all. I felt the representative had no experience at all with providing good customer service and further didnt seem to have knowledge about auto body repair since he referred to the rear fender as "that side piece". I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Carsmetics was recommended by a friend who is very meticulous about everything they own. I spoke to Jeff in regards to my car. He quoted me a price based on pictures I sent him via email. He told me that if i was approved, they had company that offered financing, interest free for xxx amount of months> We handled everything over the phone and I had an appointment to drop off my car on Wed, July 5th. I was told my car should be done by the end of business day on the 6th. I called them up the next morning to find out they tried to call me and it was completed by the end of the business day of the 5th. I went on the 6th to get it and was also charged approx $500 less. They even arranged a rental car for me. Everything about dealing with them was smooth and worry free. Thank you for everything!

A first class experience from start to finish! General Manager Jim and his staff gave me an estimate after 10 minutes and said they would try to save me money as best they could without losing any quality and keeping the price at or under what my insurance company gave me for the repair. And they came thru with flying colors...the repair was done in under 48 hours and they let me use my car after that while they waited for a part they ordered to complete the job. The part came in, they installed it, and the bill was as promised...and the quality of the job was excellent. I couldnt tell anything had happened at all! Plus they washed and cleaned the inside of my car too! Dont hesitate to at least stop by and talk to them and you will see what I mean! Thanks Carsmetics!

Dishonest and careless. Beware of the pricing, had three different prices for the same issue from the same guy. After car was "fixed" I found loose tail light with strip screws just tucked in there, salesman not only didnt apologize for his guys mistake but even tried to blame me for it, saying it was my request. Didnt want to work to resolve it, just said that : " Im a hard customer to deal with", awesome statement to any customer in any line of business. Seemed like a very nice place to begin but BEWARE when you need to pay they dont value you as a customer anymore.

They are great at what they do, the whole staff was very friendly. They worked on my 2013 Honda Civic it turned out like nothing ever happened to it they matched the paint amazingly. Highly recommended they literally take your time on your car to make sure that its 100% back to the way it was and bring your car back to you within 2-3 days. They made me feel comfortable and explained the whole process they kept me worry free basically. Keep doing what you guys are doing you guys are amazing. I am definitely a returning customer !!!!

If you are looking for an honest company that does quality work, this is the place you need to go. I had another auto body shop quote me $1500 and 4 days for damage but the technicians at Carsmetics were able to fix all of my "damage" in their parking lot within minutes. I was a customer before and I will be a customer again anytime I need ANY work on my truck.
