My wife and I have been using Rainbow for more than 20 years; I have never had an issue with anything that Al recommended. He has gone out of his way to help us numerous times and we have been absolutely delighted with his service. He has always taken the extra time to show me exactly what needed to be fixed and why. My wife used Al for about 5 years before I ever met him and if he was going to take advantage of anyone it would have been her; but he never did. To anyone complaining about high prices, you spend a little more to get quality service and work; I have found it worth every cent we ever paid to Rainbow.

I have been taking my cars there for three years, every year Al tells me that I need brakes and ball joints. This year I took it there Al said I needed over 2K worth of work, I took it to another shop and it dident need a thing!! They even took me in the back and showed me all the things Al said was wrong and I saw for myself that there was nothing wrong!! Also I decided to do my brakes myself and found out the brakes were the original brakes installed from the factory Al has been charging me for work that has never boon done!!! Next time get a second option!!
