I have been purchasing vehicles from IG Burton for many years. I have dealt with three different sales people, all of which have made the experience awesome. I have recently had the best experience with my Mercedes purchase. I traded in a Mercedes in October to go back to a jeep....after a few months I really missed my Mercedes. Over the years I became friends with MJ Lofland and happened to stop in and see him one day. I was introduced to Brian Sudler. Brians knowledge of his product was top notch, I was instantly sold and my mind made up. Brian is professional and deliveries an excellent experience. He has even assisted me with getting a few door songs out of my vehicle. I can not be happier with his attitude any time I need something. He has become the main person I deal with, helping me with whatever I need, making me feel Not only as a valued customer to their Mercedes dealership but also a friend. My sales representative Brain Sudler worked with me tirelessly to help me buy a car. His mission was to not only get me in a vehicle, but it was to get me the best and affordable car. He blessed me with my new car and I could not be any happier. As we sat and worked on getting the car, we had warm conversation about life and how helping others was Brians only goal. I expressed to him why it was an urgent need for me to get in a car that day. I was previously in a accident which resulted in me totaling my previous vehicle. Knowing this, Brian took it upon hisself to put his full energy into this car buying process as if it was him purchasing the car. I just want everyone to know how grateful I am for Brian and the I.G. The Manager sold me an X5 that was his demo SUV. He also offered to have the Car detailed because he used it as his car for a few months. Now he made an accusation that I had the car detailed at his dealership ... when I NEVER Did!!! I thought the purchase of the BMW came with Luxury Treatment! Id do Better at Pep-Boys! I was in tears to be treated like I was a con artist! Sham on you for your penny pinching attitude toward me and husband! The Worst Customer Service Ever! I was not told how to operate the technical aspects of the SUV until I came back the next day for help! This is my 2nd BMW and I KNOW HOW REAL BMW Customer Service is conducted! MAKING MONEY IS IMPORTANT BUT, RETURN BUSINESS AD REFERRALS Should be JUST AS IMPORTANT To YOUR COMPANY! Im going BACK to the BMW dealership called " Union BMW" located in Wilmington DE ....Thank you To INSINUATE that I brought my car in for cleaning service and I never Did!!! Is like calling me a LAIR! I have No Time For Bait and Switch Type of Sales Talk!

The service here at Ig Burton BMW is top notch.. Kurt the sales Manager knows how to make you feel at home and doesnt pressure you to make a decision on the spot. You can go to him with any question about BMW and he will have a answer for you. and will go above and beyond to get you in a car that you want!! Rick the finance guy was a pleasure to deal with while signing my paper work and also works really hard at getting you the best Rate. Lisa the services manager is very knowledgeable when it comes to problems with your BMW and when it comes to servicing. She works really hard at getting your car in and out in a timely manor. She understands the importance of time management an making you feel you are in good hands. The service tech Justin that worked on my car was top notch as well. He informed me of up come things to look out for they may be any issue with my BMW and to give him a call right away when and if they start to happen.. Only the best at IG burtons! .. over all rating 10.

IG Burton Mercedes Service dept. was very disappointing. This is my 3rd year dealing with them and I have yet to have a good experience. I truly believe the issue for me is that we dont go for all of the add on sales that they push. Once they realize it is going to be just a service it turns into a totally different attitude. One time they tried to push/sell us a tire rotation on my wifes 2011 E350 coupe (2wd). My issue is it is not possible to rotate those tires because they are directional and different sizes frt to rear. My thought is that owning a luxury vehicle the dealer would keep the customer happy. As a previous Genesis owner I can say that IG Burton Service could take a lesson on customer service from Genesis. Please understand my issue is only with the service dept.. The Sales and showroom are excellent, could not ask for better service!!! My household has service due on 2 Mercedes within the next 25 days, can you guess who will not be getting our business.

The reason I am a repeat IG Burton BMW customer is because of John Dyes and Kurt Retzlaff , they both went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle I wanted. When I bought a new vehicle several years ago, Kurts sales team wasnt pushy and was super helpful. Over the past few years John and Kurt have made me feel as though I am one of their best customers, even though Im in an entry level BMW. They always make me feel like my concerns are legitimate and then find the best resolutions for those concerns. My confidence in John, is so strong I recommended the dealership to friends from DC, and after they drove over and met with John they were so impressed with his knowledge and affable nature they bought from IG Burton as well.

I had the best experience I have ever had buying a car at IG Burton Mercedes in Milford. The sales associate I worked with, Brian Sudler, is the best!!!! He made my car buying experience pain free, first time ever that I did not stress about buying a car. I am loving my new M class vehicle and I would highly recommend seeing Brian if youre in the market for a Mercedes. He is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. I never felt pressured or rushed, and he was able to answer all of my questions! And Kim in the finance department is awesome! The two together made this a great experience!!!

Went to Buy a car. The salesperson, Ariel, was courteous. We made an offer and Ariel brought in a counter offer. All that was ok and then the Manager Vincent came to talk and he was downright rude. His words were - "Its either this offer or the door". Think about it - this is a dealership whose manager shows the customers the door. The salesperson had an aghast look on his face and shaking his head. No wonder the car has not been sold for last 6 months. Dont know how IG Burton has been in the business for so long - maybe it depends on the masochist customers who like to be demeaned.
