Absolutely fantastic. I stopped in with a damaged bumper cover thanks to a botched parking job, thinking there might be no option between duct taping it and leaving it hanging partway on, or replacing the whole thing and being out lots of money. Steve took a look and figured his crew could pop it back in without replacing it... Not only did they fix that, but they also buffed out a bunch of marks that Id gotten a while back while parked. Steve and Tracy were friendly throughout, and at the end - "we barely did anything, and you werent in the shop that long. No charge. Enjoy the weekend!" I cant speak highly enough of these guys - I was steeling myself to drop $800+ for replacement parts. They wont always be free, of course, or theyd be out of business. But they have my business for as long as Im living in Philadelphia, and they deserve yours too.

They are genuinely wonderfull people. They go above and beyong to assist those who come to them. I called because something was thrown at my driver side window while driving on Kelly Dr. Not only was i reassured over the phone but when I got there they called there glass people and arranged for me to take my car there. They vacuumed the broken glass out if my car and put on a protective plastic cover. On top of all that they even printed out directions for me to get to the glass shop.They did all this and I wasnt even a customer. You dont find business like this too often these days. I felt truly blessed to have stumbled upon them on google. They will cheer you up on your worst day and reassure you at a time when you feel anxious and upset. I dont know if I will ever need autobody work done in the future but I know where I am going if I ever do.

Everybody there are sooooo nice! They were glad to help and definitely did a great job! My front bumper was almost falling off, they fixed it for me and the important thing is they tell the truth and help me save a lot of money! I visited several auto body shops around this area before I went to them, some of them were closed and some only do luxury cars. I also visited a recommended auto body shop, but they told me they can only replace the whole bumper which cost nearly $1000! Fortunately I found Steven, he told me they are a nearly 100 years family business and 75 years at the location. Once again, they are the best!

Living on a tiny side street in Philadelphia, our car gets anonymously dinged and bashed pretty regularly...in fact we have to replace our side view mirror every couple of years at LEAST. Steve has always been fair, quick and extremely helpful at getting us the best value for our money. Other shops treat you like a pipeline that leads directly to an insurance companys bank account. Steve and his amazing wife Tracy treat you like a customer who has come in for a service. Love them.
