I was referred to classic Coachworks by the dealership that I bought my Subaru, Welsh Subaru. My husband looked at reviews online before I took my car to CCW and they got five stars and raving reviews. I was skeptical as to whether or not we would be the first review that had any negative connotations. Not only do I not have anything negative to say, but I could literally spend entire day writing about how wonderful they are at CCW. From the minute I called to explain what happened to my vehicle, to me bringing it in for them to look at it, to Steve dealing personally with the insurance company and leaving me out of it at my request, to them bringing a rental car to me since I had my baby with me, to the amount of times we spent back-and-forth with emails regarding my vehicle and the promptness of his responses, to the incredibly responsive customer service that he provided, to the fact that my car came out of his shop looking brand-new, I cannot say enough nice things about classic Coachworks. Not only would I take any of our cars back there in the future, but I would highly highly highly recommend them to anyone looking for a repair shop. We live about 30 to 40 minutes away from classic coachwork in Collegeville, but from the minute I spoke to Steve on the phone, I knew that was where I wanted to take my vehicle. He made the transition into a rental vehicle easy, smooth and painless. My husband is a tough critic, but once I got home with my vehicle after the repair was done he looked around and was in shock at how meticulous the car looked after being at CCW. We feel like we were very very well taking care of and that they had our best interest at heart with our vehicle in their hands. I could not be happier with the way we were taking care of at CCW. Its always nice to find a place off the beaten path that you trust and you know they will be reliable. With CCW, we have found just that! I wish I could give Steve and the rest of the team that worked on my vehicle more than five stars, they were incredible. Thank you so much!

Update - Sadly I just had a deer commit suicide on the front of my vehicle. Of course the first place I thought of was to call Classic Coachworks againnsince they did a great job last time. Im so glad I did! To say that the customer service was great in an understatement. Steve promptly returns emails and voicemails (I even got a response to an email at midnight after the accident!). He kept me in the loop on the status of my car. When I picked it up she was freshly washed and looked great again. I cant say enough good things about this place. Great experience! I took my car to the Collegeville location after I was rear-ended, dreading the entire ordeal... boy was I wrong! It was a seamless experience - dropped the car off, they call for a rental car, they dealt with the insurance company (which is a major headache), and called me when it was ready. I didnt have to do anything!! Steve and his team are great to work with, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Having an accident with your car can be a traumatic experience. Getting the vehicle fixed can be just as traumatic. How do you know if someone is going to restore it back to the way it was? You dont know until you experience it. If you need body work done to your vehicle, you need Classic Coachwork. Sure you have options, but if you truly want the best parts, the best work from the best people, Classic Coachwork is the ONLY option. I have had such a great experience with Classic Coachwork fixing several cars for me, that when my new Mercedes was in an accident, there wasnt any other choice. They rebuilt it as good as new! Classic Coachwork treats your car like it is their own. That is what I want as a consumer. You cant go wrong with Steve and the crew at Classic Coachwork. I would never take my cars anywhere else.

I have had my vehicles here 3 times in the past few years, twice for restoration work on an older BMW M3, and most recently after I was rear ended in my truck. Steve has always been very helpful and informative throughout the process. In the most recent instance, when I was dealing with another drivers insurance company, Steve was helpful throughout the process, and made everything seamless from handling the claims paperwork to having a rental ready when I dropped my vehicle off. The workmanship of the team there is always top notch and Ive always been more than pleased with the end result. Im very picky about my vehicles and who works on them, and I couldnt recommend anyone more for your body shop needs.

Top notch body shop that does quality work using genuine OEM parts. No need to worry about subpar work, your vehicle is in excellent hands with this shop. Steve handled the whole repair process seemlessly from the insurance to the completed, repaired product. He is always prompt with a response to any question regardless of the time or day of the week. I can tell this shop takes pride in their work and will treat your car as if its their own vehicle. They even above and beyond by removing some minor parking lot dents. Paint matched perfect. Car was cleaned inside and out. Couldnt ask for a better experience. I will recommend this shop to everyone and anyone. Thanks again to Steve and the mechanics!

This place is great! Just read the reviews.. and i can attest to the same. After my truck was viciously attacked by a deer, a friend recommended Classic Coachwork (Collegeville). I worked with Steve Monastero - Shop Manager - from start to finish. Let me tell you.. this guy should teach classes on how to provide excellent customer service because hes got it down. He made the entire process stress free and boy did he deliver. My truck looks better than before the deer attack – excellent work done in the shop. I hope I never need to go back. But if I do, Ill be going there. As well, recommending to friends and family. PS - kudos to people doing the body work, you are truly experts in your craft.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Classic Coachwork for their wonderful customer service and great work on my vehicle. Steve was extremely helpful in guiding me through working with Geico insurance. He also kept in constant contact with me throughout the process to make sure I was up-to-date on what was happening. The turn around time was quick AND my vehicle was freshly washed when I picked it up. It looks fabulous and I could not be happier with the work done and customer service provided.

Houser Mouthpieces

Had to downgrade this review based on customer service honoring their lifetime warranty. They no longer use the paint supplier whose product proved defective on my vehicle so, they are in the "process" of filing a warranty claim with the paint manufacturer. Its been nearly 6 weeks and no progress on the claim. Ill be glad to revise this review if things are resolved but, what good is offering a lifetime warranty if it takes a lifetime to be honored?
