Best body shop Ive dealt with: 1) Fantastic staff/manager -- friendly, courteous, and VERY patient in explaining everything, from the structure of my car frame to my insurance coverage. I knew right away I was dealing with real professionals. 2) Beautiful work -- my car looked FLAWLESS after they were finished with it. I had a dent on the corner of my back bumper from being struck, which subsequently caused several pressure dents in other ares of my vehicle. Brannings fixed it up so perfectly that you could never tell it was ever hit. 3) Trustworthy & reliable -- too often do I go to body shops and feel myself being scammed, and then they would over-promise and under-deliver. I experienced none of that here. These are good honest professionals who take care of your car as if it were their own. Additionally, they have a lifetime guarantee that ensures your vehicle is perfect upon return. If not, they remedy any additional fixes free of charge. What more could you ask for? Anybody that needs body work done, and wants the peace of mind that comes with knowing their car is in the hands of honest professionals, bring it here.

I dont usually write reviews but for the quality work I got from Phil and his team at Branning deserve some of my time. I have a ZL1 Camaro, and for those that dont know, that is not your everyday Camaro. This is a high end sports car and its nerve racking when it needs to get some body work done and quality work is truely needed. I was referred to Phil by a friend who spoke highly. Not only does my car look great, but the color matches PERFECTLY, and my car is black. Not easy to do!! They had my rims powder coated black, reinstalled a brand new carbon fiber wind splitter and even installed brand new after market LED headlights and fog lights. I cannot thank Phil and his team enough and highly highly recommend Branning when Phil Mastalski is running the show. Thank you!!

Last month, when I was in a pinch ( had a flight to catch to Europe ), another larger and busy body-shop (recommended by my insurance company) just kept me waiting and waiting for the repairs. I was just fed all sorts of excuses over the phone. I lost my patience and drove by Brannings Auto Body, after finding them on Google maps, and spoke to their staff. After assessing the damage, they confirmed that they would be able to fix my car before my flight the next week. They kept their promise and the car was professionally fixed. They were also very nice, providing me a ride home, and a ride back when I was picking up the car. I would definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you!

Brannings in East Windsor was recommended to me after a recent fender bender. Dealing with insurance companies and repair shops is usually a complete nuisance but I was pleasantly surprised with my whole experience at Brannings. I was completely satisfied from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with -- front office and auto body shop -- were fantastic. They were pleasant, courteous and professional. Drop off and pick up were easy, they set realistic expectations, and the best thing of all is that my car came out looking perfect. I would definitely recommend Brannings in the future.

Having a car accident is never easy, but dealing with Brannings Windsor Auto Body made it stress free. Angel was great explaining everything that had to be done. He kept in contact with me and gave me updates about my car. The girls in the office were so friendly. They called me after I picked up my car to make sure everything was going good with my car and it was. I was hit from behind and the whole back of my car had to be repaired including a new muffler and they did an outstanding job on repairing my car. I couldnt be happier with Brannings. Great service.

After an unfortunate fender bender, I recently had my car repaired at Brannings in East Windsor. I was extremely impressed by the attention I received, at both the drop off and the pick up. I felt they truly cared. When I pick up the care, the gentleman took the time to greet me and explained in detail exactly what they had done to repair the vehicle, so there was no doubt or mystery. The workmanship was very high quality. I hope I dont have another accident, but if I do, I will be returning to Brannings. I highly recommend them.

Can you really love an auto body shop? From the time of the initial quote to the completion of the repair, everything was handled professionally. Prices were reasonable and staff were friendly. Repair was completed on time and staff communicated throughout the repair process. The car looks brand new. Another nice feature is that I was asked f there were any dings or other small flaws that I wanted corrected while the car was there.

I have been to Brannings 3 times and all 3 times were exceptional. They fixed my car to perfection. My car was always done on time or earlier. On my last trip, I was hit in the back and the estimator wrote up the estimate using used parts, but Craig was able to use all new parts for the same as the estimate. Brannings did a great job on my repair. It looked like New and came in under the estimate. Honesty means a lot, there was a piece they thought would need replacing but didnt. They were very friendly and the job was done in the exact timeframe they told me it would be done I would definitely recommend and use them again.
