Literally just got off the phone with an employee named Brittany(pretty sure that was it)! My gear shifter just recently broke on my Ford Ranger. Almost exactly 2 years ago I got into an accident and my gear shifter broke and Faulkner-Ciocca fixed my truck and replaced my gear shifter. I called to see if I should just fix it myself or bring it in because maybe the replaced gear shifter was faulty. Let me tell you, I was so impressed with Brittanys customer service. I cant even tell you how thankful I was to have had her answer my call and questions. Not only was she very nice and polite but she only had to put me on hold for less than a minute to give me an answer. She didnt have the exact answer because the guy who replaced it last time has to give me a call back... but still! Blown away at how fabulous Faulkner-Cioccas customer service is! THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Such a relief to have someone care and be interested in my problem!!!

Probably the best group of people I had the pleasure to deal with in regards to car repairs. Very friendly people. The receptionist, Shelby, was very helpful and always eager to help me with any questions and concerns. She was very knowledgeable about the whole repair process and with any other answer she gave me. My STI looked brand new when I came to pick it up. The folks at the collision center did an outstanding job and exceeded my expectations! Will be coming back with any future repairs!

Great customer service terrible workmanship Tonyia Sciss was excellent with trying to fulfill my needs but so many issues had my hood replaced and was not aligned correctly sent it back and they still did not align it correctly. Not worth my time going out of my way sending it back a third time. Will go to my local mechanic for any further assistance or issues.

I was recently in an accident and took my car into Faulkner-Ciocca Collision Center. I couldn’t have been more impressed with the customer care and individualized service I received. They were great from the moment I stepped in the door to the moment they returned my car. I will absolutely use them again!

Took my car in for repairs Jan. 19th, I was told it would be done in 5-7 days... Today is Feb. 1st... Im still waiting!!
