Getting my car back late wouldve made my problems seem minor in comparison. I wouldve been happy waiting an extra week if the work had been done right. After I hit a deer, my insurance carrier (Geico) recommended Vinart and said they were a "preferred" body shop. Since my carrier recommended them, I figured, what could go wrong? The place seemed busy and all of their brochures stated that their work was guaranteed. Vinart supposedly replaced a $1,500 part on my car which failed just two months later. Being busy with life, I didnt get around to calling them about it until a couple of months later, which is my fault, but doesnt change what happened. Needless to say, Vinart took the car into their shop for an inspection and called me the next day and said the part was broken as a result of a SECOND impact to my cars front end and that they would not cover it under their warranty. Mind you, this part is located directly behind the emblem on the grille of the car and there is zero damage to the grille, to the emblem or anywhere else on the car for that matter. How can a "sensitive" part behind the emblem break from an alleged impact yet the chintzy plastic emblem and plastic grille be in perfect shape? I wont even get into the many other areas where they cut corners on the initial repair that may have resulted in the part failure. My guess is that Vinart either hires guys that either arent very good at what they do or are they are simply rushing to get cars out so that they can get paid by the insurance companies. Its pretty obvious to me that the part was damaged during the installation process and that Vinarts warranty isnt worth the paper that its written on. Geico was also of no help - my claims adjuster said "someone couldve fallen onto the hood of your car when you werent around" and that the damage "couldve been caused by a small animal like a raccoon hitting your car when you werent in it". Imagine the possibilities of what couldve happened! Funny though, all these possibilities but somehow, they couldve happened without any other damage to the car. My impression after talking to the adjuster was that anything couldve been possible - except for Vinart doing a poor job. In any case, if you are looking for a quality repair job, dont bother going to Vinart. There are many, many other body shops in the Lehigh Valley area and Id venture to guess that your chances of finding one better than Vinart are high.

There is not many positive things to say about my experience with Vinart Collison. I have been taking my Hyundai Sonata for service at vinart since I bought it. So naturally when a person backed into my car I took it to vinart Collison to be fixed big mistake!!! The experience started out fine they assessed my vehicle and took it right away. They told me that it would be ready on Tuesday 7/14. Well the date came and went and no call. I contacted them on Thursday 7/16 to see what was going on the receptionist said my suspension needed some repairs it wouldnt be ready until next Tuesday. I said fine and hung up...after talking to my husband 10 minutes later I called back just to make sure my claim was covering this she transferred me to a man named Greg... He proceeded to tell me there was nothing wrong with the suspension and that my car as being cleaned..I said weird the girl said different in any event he said I could get the car on 7/17 and he would call me in the morning. well 2:30pm I called them and they said again suspension was being fixed would t be ready until Tuesday 7/21 so by this point Im furious I have gotten two stories... The girl transferred me to Doc the manager I explained my frustration he said The service manager noted that he called you yesterday...I said no one called me I called you and was told my car would be ready today!! He said he would call me Monday to let me know what was going on..well Monday I get a call from a girl saying car is ready...no call from Doc nothing just bring the money you owe. I will never return here again...there is no communication. I wasnt mad they needed to keep my car I was mad that I had to call 2 days after it was supposed to be ready to find out why I havent received a call. And for that matter receiving my 2 different stories in the same day ridiculous!

DO NOT GO HERE. I took my infiniti g35 coupe after an accident right up the street (wasnt my fault + front end damage)I drove the car there completely fine. Had no motor issues after the accident. after 3 weeks they called me and told me it was all done. When I went to get it in the pooring rain I noticed a scratch still in my front bumper. I complained and they agreed to fix it. 2 days later they call me to come and get it once again. When I went the paint in the bumper looked even worse then before and the car wasnt even washed. So I spoke with the manager and he agreed to once again repaint it. A week goes by so I call and see whats going on with the car. They tell me it is not running right? They refused to let me hear the car run when I went in person. After 2 more weeks that it sat at vinart they then towed it to rothrock nissan. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED THE CAR WAS TOWED. Rothrock Nissan determined that someone fried the computer system in my car by hooking a jump pack on the wrong way(computer systems do not just become fried overnight) they then took my rental car from me (trying to make me pay for it since I was not notified to return the rental) after arguing with almost every person who works there they then towed it once again to Bennett infiniti WITHOUT NOTIFING ME AGAIN. Where they also said it needs a computer system. They are now refusing to pay for the new computer system and trying to hand me back my car not running. Trying to make me pay the 2300$ for infiniti to fix it. After I drove the car there perfectly fine. VINART COLLISION ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. STAY AWAY. accident happend 1/6/17 almost 2 months ago today 3/6/17.

I have a 2016 Mazda that was ran into. The car was smashed on driver side door and front. I got estimates from a few different places before I called my insurance. all were over 3,500. I called My Geico and they wanted to get one of their adjusters to look at damage the place closest was Vinart. I had the choice of keeping my car there for repairs or taking it to one of the other places I looked at. I immediately looked at the reviews. There were good ones but the ones that were bad were really bad. People being promised one thing getting another, rude employees, jobs taking longer than they should have, Lot of inconsistencies. I was worried. When I got there I was convinced I was taking my car elsewhere. From the door the staff was very friendly. The facility was clean. The adjustor and manager inspected my car. Explained exactly what needed to be done and answered all my questions. They could even start the work that day. Other places were about 5 days before they could start. Everything seemed great but those reviews lingered in the back of my head. I voiced my concern to the manager. He explained the shop was under new management and that he would love the opportunity to prove the bad reviews wrong. All work has a lifetime guarantee. So I did it and Im happy I did. I left my car there on a Wednesday. Was updated thru the whole process with text and calls. I was able to pick up my car that Friday. The work done was amazing. All damage erased. I recommend Vinart Collision Center to anyone that needs to get work done. Not to mention the quote I received was close t 1,000 less than what I recieved elsewhere.
