After calling triple A and being told that my membership was expired I was forced and extorted by the malicious tow truck driver of Easton auto body. Keep in mind that my car was not drive able and I was standing in the pouring rain at night waiting at least an 1 1/2 waiting for them. Once the driver arrived I told him I had very little cash on me but had just enough to make the $70 price the lady from triple A had quoted me on. However this driver says to me that $70 "is not going to cut it" while vigorously shaking his head at me. Not only did I feel completely insulted but also felt as if I was being taken advantage of because once I asked how much then he said it would be $140 to take my car literally 1 block down the street. Then the cops arrived and all of a sudden he changed his tune and charged me $75 dollars. Not only was the drivers manner and attitude utterly obnoxious and rude but he was also attempting to squeeze me for as much money as possible. LITTERALY THE WORST SERIVICE AROUND. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND A HACK OF A BUISNESS. Not to mention that the entire time I was talking with the driver he was smoking a cigarette in my face showing me absolutely no respect or even the slightest bit of kindness

Fraudulent, be very hesitant. Called AAA for roadside assistance, they told they would arrive in 15 mins and came 45 minutes later. Then, they tried to force us to take the car to Easton Auto Body vs our dealership where we wanted the car taken. When we refused - the driver said he would not tow the car to allentown (Though it is well within AAA contract to tow up to 50 miles). We argued with him for 20 minutes in front of the police ... and then tow driver left. I drove the car to my own home - with both driver and rear passenger doors smashed in! When we tried to rectify this with AAA, the driver completely LIED and said that he did not refuse to take the car to the car dealership in Allentown! If they are willing to coerce people into taking the car to their shop and refuse to tow elsewhere - just imagine what else they would lie about in fixing the car!

Had my rear end replaced here with a 12 month/12000 mile warranty. I brought it in to be serviced after 10,000 miles and was told I was responsible for the damage and that they would no longer honor the remaining 2000 miles unless I paid for the work. They would also not give me a warranty on the work they just did. I was told that I could get the existing warranty if I replaced th"e tires, which I did and they still wont honor the existing warranty. They advertise "guarantee all work and yet they wont guarantee the work they just did. I was given the runaround for a week, and was blamed for them having to pay for the repair that was covered under THEIR warranty!! Unfortunately I have to give them a star just so this can be posted. I do not recommend them nor will I be using them again.

Driver was professional and courteous. Dispatcher was unprofessional and rude. I called them for a tow one morning and the dispatcher was rude from the start. I approximated my location as being 1 to 1 and a half miles from a specific landmark. After close to an hour, the dispatcher called and tried to make me out to be a jerk for "being farther than what I said I was." The driver found me eventually and the experience was good from that point on. A few days later, I drove to the location and found the distance to the landmark was actually 1.3 miles. WELL WITHIN the estimate given. Driver: excellent job Dispatcher : you are in a service position and being rude and not listening to customers is not good business. Im sure it sucks to deal with people on the phone all day but its your job.

I took my Honda to Easton Auto Body on December 15th for a large dent repair. I had called them the day before, had an estimate done, and they were able to take my car the next morning. The dent was very old (before I got the car) and I worried it would never be normal-looking. Easton Auto Body called the next morning and told me the car was done. They exceeded my expectations and the quarter panel looks like nothing had ever happened to it in the first place. Ive included a before and after photo. I asked them to only put primer on the area, as the car is going to be repainted soon (and thus needed body work). The price they estimated was the price I was charged, and I believe it was reasonable for the amount of work done. The body shop manager was very kind and accommodating.

They shouldnt even be in business. They are absolutely horrible at theyre job, I dont think they know what theyre doing. I took my car there for the door handle to get fixed which was suppose to cost $50 to fix. The car wouldnt start and they fixed the starter 2 years earlier and I told them that it probably wasnt the starter. It ended up costing over $800 dollars and they still didnt have my car running, it wouldnt start at all. I think it was worse after they tried to fix it. And they replaced the starter again. It was the timing belt which I had to pay jeffs $1,000 something. Wish I went to jeffs in the first place. I wouldnt even give one star, but I have to.

My car got hit in a parking garage and I needed to get an estimate to get it fixed. I called Easton and they were so friendly and had me come in the same day. There was no waiting and great service from the start. The guy who did my estimate even explained everything on the estimate without me having to ask. They took care of dealing with the insurance company and I did not have to do anything but drop the car off and pick it up when they were done. They experience was easy and stress-free!

AAA called Easton auto body tow for me today when I had a flat and no spare. The driver Scott was very polite. After towing me to the 1st place I hoped to get a new tire, mind you it was Sunday and limited choices, I had to go to a 2nd place and he followed me to ensure I got there safe. I gave him a modest tip from what I had and he could have just left but didnt. I appreciate his caring attitude! BTW I got my new tire and was able to get home. Thanks!

Went out at 5 am and had a flat. Called roadside assistance and was told Easton Auto Body would be here in 45 minutes. They arrived well within the 45 minutes, and Dave was so kind and courteous. He offered to carry in a big heavy box I had in my trunk, and my house was about a block away. He gave me advice on the donut, safety tips about how fast to go and everything. He was finished in minutes, leaving a 100% satisfied customer.
