If I can give this body shop a negative star rating I would. A year later I have just discovered the shady body work they did on my car. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a formal complaint, as well as doing whatever I can to sever your affiliation with Geico. I had severe front end damage to my car after an accident, when I got my car back I had an interview 2hrs away and on the way there my car began to overheat, by the grace of God I made it back to where I was staying. I opened the hood of my car and saw the reserve antifreeze bottle was empty! I took it back to them and said my car is leaking antifreeze and its overheating. All they did was open the hood and say they didnt properly flush the system and put more antifreeze in and said I should be Ok. I have gone through BOTTLES upon BOTTLES of anitifreeze and am now in New Jersey. I took it to a Geico affiliated autobody express shop that actually looked under the hood and saw ZIPTIES on the radiator hose! I will make sure I receive due compensation for this gross injustice.

Id advise to never take your vehicle here! I was read ended on 12/24/14, had the prelimenary performed at Faulker on 12/27. Was told by Faulkner that theyll call when the parts come in. I called twice to checkup on part status, Faulkner never returned calls, after waiting almost 3 weeks I asked the insurance company to go elsewhere... Syrena Collision Center took my car the same day, had it repaired in a week and to date Faulkner STILL hasnt called me. Faulkner customer service is ... and I would suggest firing the management. Note, Im talking about the Faulkner shop located in Philadelphia by Sloane Honda, but theyre all the same. If I were you, drop Faulkner and goto Syrena. Excellent service.

Faulkner Collision Center was recommended by my auto insurer as they are a GEICO Auto Repair Express location. I brought my car to Faulkner to have a fender repaired as part of an insurance claim. Within a half hour of arriving, the damage assessment was completed and they had a rental ready for me. The whole process was very convenient and every person that I had contact with was knowledgeable and friendly. I picked up my car about a week later when it was completed. The car looked great and so far I have no complaints. There is also a peace of mind that the repairs are guaranteed for the life of the vehicle. Based on my experience with them, I would recommend Faulkner Collision Center.

After an accident, I asked some friends where I could find good service from someone who was easy to dela with and would get my car done right. My insurance was through Progressive, even though this Faulkner shop was not on their approved list, they made it very easy to do business with them. I worked with Jesse, the manager. He was very professional and communicated well throughout the process. My estimate was quick, the repair, was timely, and I never felt jerked around. The actual repair matched the estimate and I think they did great work, the car looks every bit as good as before the accident

Brought my car in for a repair. They were very nice. However, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. My car had damage to the front axle and was out of alignment. They repaired it and the car was fine for a week or two. Then I started having problems with alignment and steering. I brought it back. THEY REQUIRED THAT I PROVE THAT THEY DIDNT REPAIR IT PROPERLY. Good luck with these charlatans. They will treat you nicely, except when it actually counts. HORRIBLE.

Greg and the office staff are extremely knowledgeable and are customer service first. What I liked the most about the experience was the timeliness and quality. Car was done when they said it was going to be and also the quality of work was at a very high standard. Very pleased. I highly recommend Faulkner Collision for your next fix! Great people and great service! They took care of my Honda right quick (3 days) that needed a whole new front bumper. Kept me updated thru the whole process and even called the rental place for me to get a loaner. Would definitely do business with them again!
