Had a collision and my insurance company said Keenan was a recommended establishment. Vehicle spent 3 weeks in their shop all the while I received text messages from their automated system informing me not that they had issues or parts delivery delays but "your car is happy here! Why? Because we are taking good care of it until it comes home." Never a text explaining why they were having trouble finding after market parts. Finally get the vehicle back and all sorts of issues were identified, misaligned fender, bumper, etc. Waited for a call to let me know when my replacement part was in but after 3 weeks of nothing I stopped by the shop to inquire about the part. They forgot to order it. It wasnt until 2 months after I initially dropped my vehicle did they finish work on my vehicle.
