Went there to get an estimate because the reviews were so good But the gentleman there was very rude and asked if he can help me as if I shouldnt have walked into the office. When asked for an estimate he was sharp in saying he was taking care of his father. Im sorry, I thought it was an autobody shop not an nursing home. I had an estimate done today that took 2 minutes to look at and 10 to do the estimate. I beg no one to take my money & wont be back.

My daughter damaged her car and she brought it to Richard at Pocono Motion. Rich and his staff took excellent care of my daughter and her car. They were very busy but they found the time to get her car fixed very quickly and at very reasonable cost. As a business owner myself I know people expect good service. I strongly recommend Richard and his team. I think they exceeded any and all expectations. Thank you.
