Called and asked if I could stop by to get an estimate. Was told sure, you can stop by. 5 minutes later I got to the shop and the guy didnt want to go out in the rain for 5 minutes to do the estimate and let some girl sitting there inform me you cant really see in the rain. Ive done auto body and this damage you could EASILY see what needs to be done in the rain. It was a scratch and teeny dent on a dually quarterpanel, no accident damage was just a rub. Walked out and called back to complain about the experience and thank her for letting me waste my time and said it was bs that that would happen. No apologies, I got an Im sorry you feel that way. Will NEVER use this shop, they obviously have enough work not to care about giving you a great experience.
