This place does absolutely terrible, sloppy work. I had my car here for service two separate times. The first time it took a MONTH. During this time they gave me estimated completion dates about 4 times and missed all of them. Very frustrating. The work was decent with some flaws (Misaligned parts, missing fastener, and "overspray" on the bumper and my side mirror was chipped). Second time I had my car in was for a minor parking lot ding. They said it would take only a few days. Over a week later I get a call saying they completed the work but the paint job did not pass their quality control and had to be redone. After a few more days I go to get the car and the "fixed" paint job was incredibly sloppy with too much paint applied so that the door had a wave in it. Additionally they chipped my fender (which was put on and painted fresh by them a week prior) and attempted to cover it up with a blob of touch up paint. They also mounted the fender too close to the door so opening the door caused the panels to rub and messed up the fresh paint job. It also looks like they managed to get some of the clear coat spray on my interior which I cant remove. I am still finding little things here and there that they botched and it makes me very disappointed to see broken clips on newly replaced body parts, paint imperfections and scraps of painting tape left in between body panels. This place WILL do sloppy, unacceptable work and try to pass it off on you, and will waste your time trying to fix things when you complain. Update: A mechanic working on my car discovered that instead of fastening a part properly, they chose to drill a screw straight through two plastic parts to hold them together. Additionally the re-do paint job was not properly blended and looks bad where body panels meet. "Hack job" would be a fitting way to describe McDonald Auto Bodys work.

Fast Work, Great Service - I have no affilation to this company or anyone that works at this company. I am a Field HR Manager for a major supermarket chain and this body shop was desigated to repair my vehicle by my companys insurance carrier. To say that I am slightly cursed with my company car would be an understatement. I have been in 3 different types of accidents and I have been to 3 different body shops since March of last year. McDonald Autobody was by far the most efficent, responsive and quickest of all three. They took pictures on a Friday. It was approved by my companys inisurance carrier on the following Friday. I brought the car to them the following Tuesday and Lauren (who gave amazing customer service) looked over all the damage and she even noticed there was something a little off with my front bumper (which was repaired twice by a previous body shop). I received a call on Thursday afternoon that my car would be done that evening and I picked it up Friday morning. The car looked great and they even adjusted my front bumper at no charge. Knock on wood that I never get into another accident, but if I do, Im recomending to my company that McDonald get all our repair jobs.

(Now C&L Auto Body) First of all, I have to say that I was nervous after hearing horror stories from going to an auto body shop someone doesnt know. My parents use someone whos too far away, so this place was convenient for me and my coworker said they did a good job with her car. From the start, they were so incredibly nice and easy to work with. They worked well with my insurance company, called for my rental car and all. Lauren at the front desk kept me posted via email and phone calls (she responded to emails very quick). It did take a few days longer than they originally estimated, but the work they did on my car is perfect! I had a minor front end collision, but the entire hood and grill needed to be replaced. The paint is blended perfectly and it looks like new. They even took care of some duct-tape residue that was on my side window from when it was broken months ago - didnt even mention that or ask them to take care of it! Overall, great experience. Easy to work with. Couldnt tell you how their prices compare to other places, but my insurance seemed ok with their estimate. Thank you!

I went to McDonald autobody to get an estimate for my car after my car was hit on the highway. McDonald gave me a very fair price on my car and offered to do the work one day faster than every other body shop I brought it to for an estimate. I proceeded to contact McDonald and let them know I plan on getting the repairs done with them but I needed to get a rental car first. Lauren, the receptionist, helped me get a cheap rental and was extremely polite and professional and consistently offered her help with anything I needed. The car was done in about a half of day before promised and it looked absolutely great, the car looked better after the repair than before I got into the accident. The other gentlemen I dealt with at McDonald was Chris, who gave me the estimate, was extremely professional and courteous and I could not have been happier with the service at McDonald. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs body work done to their car.

I had a nice huge bumper rash on the drivers side door and back panel and I took it to McDonalds. They took care of it in no time, were nicer than nice, and at a great price!! Their parting words: "Come back when you have a real problem." LOL My jaw dropped to the ground when I saw the fix. Terrific.

My insurance company sent me here and they did great work, however, someone there stole my iPod cord out of my car. I complained to progressive and a senior mgr assured me they would reimburse me but I never heard from them again.

It took months for these guys to fix my wifes Scion even though the insurance company was being. They were unable to find a matching taillight. I would avoid doing business with them again
