I recently had my 2017 Lexus RX 350 rear bumper repaired, minor accident with cosmetic damage. The shop was convenient to my work. I was assured that the work being done would restore the car to "like new" condition. The car was in their shop a full two weeks, some of that time was due to a supplemental that needed approval from Allstate, but I would have expected the work to be perfect. After taking the car home I notice upon raising the rear hatch that there is sizable gap between the bumper and rear hatch gasket, you can see behind the bumper. This is not how the bumper looked when I brought the car in. I brought the car back and asked that they look at the gap, they put the car on a lift for about 15 minutes brought it out and said that they made sure the clips were snug and it was fixed... I inspected it again and the gap was still present. The person at the shop told me that was the best they could do. Unfornuately I cannot recommend this shop and will most likely need to take it to the a Lexus dealer to try to fix and will have to pay out of pocket.

I have used this shop twice so far, for a Collison repair on my vehicle after auto accidents. Let me just say I forgot how bad my experience was with them the first time around. So far they have had my vehicle for 4 weeks. Every time I call and ask when my vehicle will be available the day keeps changing along with the different amounts regarding the bill. I was told my car was finished and I went to pick it up only to find out it was not finished. I was then told to come back the next business day only to find out again it is not finished and to YET AGAIN COME BACK THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. To me this comes off as a scam and they are finding ways to hold your vehicle to increase the bill. DON’T SAY I HAVENT WARNED YOU! USE ANOTHER BODY SHOP!

My car was broken into my car. The window was broken. Took it to Conicelli through Travelers insurance. Said it would be 2-4 days. Ended up taking 2 weeks. Called to tell me it was finished an hour before closing. I needed to rush in next morning before my 9:00 am flight. Went to put the seat back and the glass that was never cleaned up exploded all over my sons car seat. Had to go back in today for them to remove the seat and do it right. Missed another day of work and in a rental with no recourse. I would never recommend to go here.

I brought my car for repairs after a car accident. I had a very positive experience- from Mickey D. who was my collision service advisor to the actual repairs- everyone was very professional and their work was perfect.
