My car was hit by a blue car while parked at the Giant supermarket in Havertown last Friday. There were no witnesses and despite the dozens of video cameras strategically placed all over Giants parking lot, the manager (Wayne) didnt seem to want to help even though he said he would look at the surveillance footage. I never heard back from him. Basically, I was stuck with paying the deductible through my insurance. I decided to take my car to Classic Auto Body (Haverford, PA on Lancaster Ave.) for an estimate since it is only 5 min from my work. Steve took a bunch of pictures of the damaged area and then explained my options. He said the damaged area can be fixed by removing the bumper, clean it, prime it, need time to dry, paint it, etc. which will cost more than my deductible, and I would be without a car for 3 days, or I could just go to the dealer and spend $20 on a bottle of touchup paint and do it myself. He even showed me a sample of what a "touchup" job would look like vs. a professional paint job. Obviously, the professional paint job would look like new while a DIY job will have paint streaks. Even though my car is only 1 year old, it would not be worthwhile to file a claim for something this minor. Being a mom who has to do a lot of chauffeuring, I can live with a few minor streaks but I dont think I can live without a car for 3 days nor want to pay extra for a rental. I really appreciate Steves honesty and professional opinion. He could have easily not mention the DIY option and just do the work and have my insurance company pay for the cost minus my deductible. He even offered for me to bring my car back on a dry day, he has a solvent that will get the blue paint off my bumper before I put the touchup paint on (free of charge). Even Sheila, the receptionist, was friendly and welcoming when I stepped foot into the office. So, if you need an auto body shop and are not sure where to go, give these guys a call.

I had my first experience with Classic Auto Body after a parking garage fender bender last month. They were a recommended service center through my insurance company, and as a result the entire process, from claim to picking up my fixed car, was a breeze. Steve is super helpful and the team works quickly while doing great work. Id also like to mention that Steve really helped me out with securing a rental car. I had selected Hertz for my rental as this was the company my insurance recommended. I do not recommend using Hertz if you live in the Haverford area. Classic Auto Body works with Enterprise (right down the street) and can get you in a rental car in under half an hour, which they did after I was waiting almost two hours for my rental from Hertz (Upper Darby office). Steve and Enterprise really turned the situation around, and I was able to drop the rental off at the shop when my car was done, and they took care of the rest. I would definitely recommend Classic Auto Body (and Enterprise) if you are dealing with an accident or simply need body repairs.

Classic Auto Body did a phenomenal job repairing my car, which I picked up yesterday afternoon. Everything from the point where I dropped it off the day after the accident until I picked it up was handled expertly and with patience, given the twists and turns with the insurance companies. They handled everything that was needed with the insurance company and were proactive about letting me know what was happening each step of the way.They even offered to arrange for a rental car and I was able to drop the rental off when I picked up my car. The car was clean inside and out when I picked it up, and it looked so good when I pulled up I though it was someone elses car! Beyond the repairs, the entire car had been detailed. Would absolutely use them again, if needed.

EXCELLENT. I had an 2002 Isuzu Axiom that crashed its back windshield. No one could find the part and I was waiting for two months to find a back window from Japan. I went to them to have my bumper cleaned up, and without requesting it, they also looked up junk yards to find the window. A few hours later they called me saying theyd found it and the price was doable. Needless to say I was ecstatic. NO ONE could find that part, and I was in danger of having no car to drive soon without it passing the safety tests. These guys are heroes. They go above and beyond traditional service and truly demonstrated their quality. Please visit them for any need! They deserve your business! I know they deserved mine! :)

Classic did a great job with my car. This was my first time having an accident repaired using insurance, and I didnt know what to expect or how to proceed. I was really surprised at how quickly Classic was able to send out a tow truck, and get started on my car. They explained the process, worked with my insurance company, and now my car looks better than when I bought it. I hope Im not in any more accidents, but if I am I will certainly go to Classic Auto Body again. They even cleaned my windshield because it was dirty from a recent snow storm! You cant go wrong with this shop!

I have been in contact with these guys for over a month while my car had a claim investigated (and denied). I was due to go to vacation a few days after I received the denied claim. All I can say is that everyone I spoke to had the same professional demeanor. They are brutally honest and straight to the point. If one person says one thing, it is the bond of every one else. They didnt release the hounds on me for information or dates. They had me completely at ease and I trust them completely with any future work I would have for a car (fingers crossed)

You wont find better service and quality work anywhere else! Anytime Ive need something fixed on my or my husbands car, we get fantastic service and weve always been completely satisfied with the work. Steve and his staff do an excellent job of relieving the stress from something that can be an otherwise stressful situation. I can see why Classics been successful on the Main Line for over 30 years! Kudos!

Steve spent a lot of time with me and walked me through all of my options for repairing my car even if they did not end up with work for Classic Auto Body.
