Very nice place, with very friendly, very professional staff. They have great pricing structures - cheaper cuts by less experienced staff up to more expensive cuts by highly experience staff. I asked for someone around mid-range. I got Stephanie - she was wonderful. She LISTENED to me and what I was looking for. She cut my hair wonderfully to help me achieve the look Im aiming for, and she took the time to explain how I should dry it/maintain it to get the same look. Shes also fantastic at waxing - very painless and I wasnt "pink". The rest of the staff showed me around the facility and explained how everything works. There are good deals/discounts available. I especially liked that they provide SMS (text messaging) reminders for appointments. Just a top class place.

Kara and Amber are very good however when I had a bad experience with another stylist the owner was rude and offered no apology After more than 10 years of being a loyal customer and referring many people I will not go back. Owner needs to remember customer service comes first and an apology goes a long way

I love Salon Artiff! Been getting my hair cut and brows waxed for awhile now and always have a great experience. Just tried the spa for the first time last week, and it was top notch! Had a massage and facial and a style and blowout-the knowledge, experience, and creativity of this staff is amazing!

It was a nice place and i just wanted a nice cut.... But the she was rushing everything that when my hair came out it was uneven and If i did it by myself i think it wouldve came out alot better... Maybe its just the experience thing.... Needs to take more time with customers....

I have had facial and massage appointments at Salon Art-tiff and loved both! The relaxing foot soak before a service is a very nice touch, as it gets me in quiet relaxing mode prior to the service. Staff is professional and very well trained. Would recommend them!

I just had the most amazing spa package! Without a doubt every part of the salon and spa is focused on you and you needs. The staff is so sweet and kind and answers all your questions in such an upbeat way! I will definitely be returning for another massage!
