I would have enjoyed this gym a little if I didnt use the trainer that they suggested. We gave the trainer a brief description of our concerns but he didnt ask very many questions. During our first workout, I was in extreme pain and even had to leave the gym to lay down in the car. Since then I have been back for a couple walks on the treadmill, but over time decided that this was not the gym for me. I think I maybe visited this place about 8 times. Now I have to deal with the fact that this gym, much like most chains, requires you to sign a contract that locks you in on a monthly rate for a time period. I was a sucker and now I must pay. So much for my fun gym membership. Now every month I will be reminded of my stupidity for signing up at this stupid money pit. The gym in general is ok.

Nice smaller style gym. Best part is being open all the time. Down side is the size.
