By far the worst customer service I have ever had when getting a hair cut. I have very thick coarse long hair and have never in my life have someone hurt and pull my hair till I have cried. Ive yelled "ow" multiple times and the man working there could not careless. It got to the point where I was crying and the man just kept brushing and pulling it. He not once talked to me the entire time I sat there except for when he asked in the beginning how I was doing. The man looked so annoyed doing my hair and made me feel ashamed of it. When I got home my scalp was so red and irritated, I wasnt even able to brush it after because of how much it hurt. Although he was mean I have to say the other girls working there seemed nice and friendly. If you do chose to go here DO NOT ask for a man named Tim with blue hair...... also I would give 0 stars but they dont let you..........

I agree with you Rachel, worst customer service ever, a few months ago one of the stylist there cut my ear so for my pain and suffering the manager and I agreed upon a certain amount of free hair cuts. Today I was there and the guy with the blue hair and nasty attitude comes out of the back and tells me that no one there is willing to cut my hair anymore and shoves a card with another salon s number on it for me to contact another stylist and let me remind you I am still owed hair cuts. Beware!!! if you get injured there they will turn the blame on you and will ask you to leave. Probably the big guy with the blue hair because he is so scary looking. I would rate them a zero if I could but being I cant I will say it , they are a ZERO.

I used to go to hair cuttery that 2 min. from my house and get my hair done by Carrie who is amazing, she can always give you a haircut EXACTLY how you want it! The girls at hair cuttery though arent very friendly though. Carrie moved to Supercuts and its worth the extra travel! Supercuts isnt too pricey and everyone there is very friendly! I highly recommend this place.
