A bit rude today... called to see about an important package and four times i was hung up on, and forwarded to a broken line and just got a sigh and tsk sound from someone and when i finally got a answer on the fifth call i was basically told oh well an then the persons tone was a bit angry an upset when speaking to me. Got no manager or anything instead just when told theres no package she immediately hung up on me.... i been to manu different places to pick up packages but i wouldnt have ever been ignored or greeted with anger like its my fault for checking someing important

If i cld rate them NO STARS I definitely would! I have had several problems with this particular post office horrible service they loose packages cant keep track of things or even answer questions right! I wish there was another post office option lol I cant wait to move!

When I have a letter , properly stamped and in plain view for pick up , it would be great if that got picked up regardless of I have mail that day or not. Its getting old.

Slower than a herd of turtles walking in molasses. Poor service. Not very attentive. I recommend you find another post office for your needs... Reno or Oil City.
