Worst experience ever! Every time I come in the service is incredibly slow, the employees are extremely rude! The two older black ladies gave my fiancé a rude look and then embarrassed themselves by getting loud telling my fiancé to shut his mouth after expressing his concern about receiving his fathers mail and not his. We have had this problem ever since we moved here 4 weeks ago! They forwarded the wrong name then proceeded to tell him to open it which is illegal! Most unprofessional and unreliable employees ever! Even the men there are rude! They got mad at us after we signed up for a po box online and paid for it! We went in to get the po box and they said the online form isnt working and would have to wait to proceed to get a po box! Why have it accessible online if it doesnt work? Then I go to pick up my package yesterday and it was supposed to be in a large box since it didnt fit in my po box and they held it in the back! I luckily went early to pick it up but had to stand in line and then wait for one of the ladies to go retrieve my packages which took her forever to find. I asked why my packages didnt go in the larger box and she said idk... Willing to drive out of the way for a new post office! SAD!!!

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I wish I had read these reviews before experiencing absolute disrespect and, what I feel, was abuse. I was sending a package and the first response from the postal worker was an eye roll. I asked her if she would like me to go to another counter .... she mocked me. When I asked if she was rolling her eyes at me ... she replied ... YES I ROLLED MY EYES AT YOU!. She then pushed my package back at me and said she didnt have time for me. This was the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This woman should not be allowed to treat customers this way. She is an older lady ... if you would like her name, Ive got it. She had no idea what she was doing either. While being hateful to me, she didnt even know which paperwork to fill out for my international package. When I called to have someone address what happened, they put me on hold and the post master would not come to the phone. Even the 800 number customer service could not reach this branch. Horrible.

Horrible customer service! First, I had to send a money order, and I was told to cross off the send to, and resend it. The UPSP worker told me to write a note to the sender to cash the money order, knowing that another federal office would not accept cross outs. When it was returned back to me, uncashed, the supervisor said this was against the rule, and I should not have been advised to cross out words on a money order. A new one should have been issued. Yesterday, I was home all day, and I received a certified letter notification in my mailbox. Nobody evert delivered it to me. The main office where I live has staff there until 7 pm. Instead of delivering my certified letter, I had to go to the post office. To make matters worse, they gave me someone elses certified mail! When I told them that it was not mine, even showing them again my license, they had no idea where my certified letter was. I wasted 45 minutes while they track down my letter. This place is completely useless. They need all new staff.

I paid my post office box fee for a one year renewal in person at the branch 2 1/2 weeks ago. They failed to process my payment properly and closed my box for non payment this week, without notifying me, and then they returned my paycheck that had been mailed to me. When I called the Post Office to ask them to resolve the situation and reopen my box, so my client can send me my check again, they told me theyd get to it when "the line dies down". I asked for a call back same day, and they said "The Post Office doesnt make promises." Actually they do. They promise to deliver the mail, except in my case they closed my box due to their error and are therefore violating their one promise. Standing by until the line dies down. I can always get paid again next month.

Absolutely the worst customer service! Congratulations on being up there along side Comcast!! Long story short, I recently reserved a PO Box online with USPS and after driving twice (30 min each way) to the main branch I was sent away without keys. This was after I had spoken with a representative on the phone that said I was already approved and just needed to show them two forms of id. The representative also sent a letter to the supervisor Janice (who is as incompetent as the rest of the staff) to make sure to give me the keys. Well two days later and still no keys. Not even a phone call to explain the issue. Horrible customer service. Incompetent staff. GO TO UPS! THEY WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SET YOU UP WITH A MAILBOX!

I have a total of 8 pieces of mail that did not get delivered in the past few weeks. These are the known letters that should have come. A letter from my insurance company, a card from my daughter, a wedding announcement, 3 credit card statements, and an updated credit card. I tried calling the post office and could not get through. I went to the post office and gave my name, address and telephone number. This was after I explained the problem. I was told there would be a telephone call, but there has been a call. The regular carrier was off most of the time these problems happen. I had to make phone calls and arrangements to pay my bills to avoid late fees and damage to my credit.

Absolutely horrible atmosphere, always packed!!! Horrible customer service. Ive gone here about 4 times and every single time I come in, I always get the women with the short blond hair and glasses...I think her name is Pat? She is one of the most rude and miserable woman I have ever met! She makes you feel like a complete idiot when asking normal not so out of the blue post office questions that any person would have when sending a package. She speaks loud and is super COLD making you feel extremely uncomfortable. I feel the need to call her out for this because she makes going to this business hell. I cringe every time I need to go here.

This PO Branch is the WORST I have ever had to deal with. No answer on the phone, and the workers at the front could care less how long they take to get to you. NEVER anything approaching professional pace, just slack, indifferent service. NO scan on Priority Mail pickup, and then refused to refund when it was "lost". This was the determination when I FINALLY got through to a black woman Supervisor over problems with pickup and delivery. It was absolute verbal COMBAT to simply talk to her. Staff under her indicated they were sorry, but there was nothing they could do since she is in authority. Our tax dollars at work...
