After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to make an appointment for a passport. However, they were the only place that had space for 4 appointments. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I did all of my paperwork online so that made things move swiftly. Everyone was knowledgeable about the process. We were told 30 minutes per person. It took 35 minutes total! Toshiana was super nice and explained everything to me thoroughly. She answered all of my questions with kindness and a smile. I think the process is easier if you are prepared and print out the forms from the passport website. Highly recommend!

Visit the Vinton post office often and have never had a bad experience. Staff always very friendly and efficient. Our local route mailman also does an excellent job.

Vinton USPS SUCKS...they say they deliver packages to 1100 Fisher Drive , in Vinton...they never arrive...cant believe they steal mail...disappointing!
