havent got mail since1-6-17 expecting important papers and you wont answer the phone... very bad customer service..no reason the mail to not be delivered...and no answering of the phone? is there a snow drift at the phone ??? someone is going to answer for this...im from indiana and our mailmen deliver in a foot or more of snow... what happened thru rain sleet n snow nothing will keep us from our duty....BS

They are always extremely courteous. They seemed to really enjoy their job and are always delightfully helpful. Customer care is truly their goal! Every time Im there I am inspired and Ive noticed that other customers are as well. Thank you for hearing me out and God bless.
