Dishonest. I took my car for an oil change. They recommended $1200 worth or needed work some included getting the lower ball joints done - which had been done about 6 months ago...I had some minor corrosion on the battery terminals and they recommended a new battery and they insisted that my serpentine belts needed to be changed. They said it was a dangerous situation that would cause damage to the engine if they broke. Both of my brothers are mechanics... this is simply NOT true. If your serpentine belts break the car will simply not work. go to a real mechanic... dont go to pep boys... The guy tried to argue with me about the belts - he had nothing to say when i told him that the car had its ball joints replaced less than a year ago. I guess they arent used to women actually knowing about their cars but seriously...

Crazy rip off, should have paid attention to the other one star review. Took it in for an inspection and oil change, they replied with an estimate of about $2000 worth of work. They had one legit item, the tie rod which I replaced in March so it was under warranty. Took it to the dealer and they said everything else was good. One of the items they said I needed was a complete coolant flush which I just had done last March with a radiator change. Another was a blinker light which worked fine. Keep away unless you like paying for stuff you dont need.

Got my rear tires mounted and balanced at this location this afternoon. The place is very clean with a nice AC reception area to watch TV or have some coffee while you wait for your car. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this location again...

Ordered tires online which said they were in stock and scheduled an appointment for installation. When I got there - turned out they did not have the tires in stock. The only options was more expensive tires. Went elsewhere.
