Ive never used a staffing agency before, and the recruiter I worked with, Bryan Kelley, was exceptional. He was patient with explaining how the process worked, willing to listen to what I was looking for in career and happy to answer any questions I had. He contacted me in March 2017 and at first I did not think I would hear back, but sure enough, he contacted me a few weeks later with job opportunities! He reached out to speak in person and converse about what I needed in a career in order to be happy. Bryan ensured me that his focus was to help me find somewhere I would really like to work, and he came through! You may not always agree to the first job opportunity someone from Aerotek tells you about, but dont lose faith! The people of Aerotek ask and seek to understand exactly what you are looking for (I cant stress that enough), so if the first job isnt what you want then theyll keep looking! Aerotek simply asks for honesty in your desires for a career and to have trust in their ability to assist you. I am definitely recommending their services to friends who are looking for work in the scientific field. As a recent job seeker myself, I found myself discouraged often and feel grateful to have had the opportunity to utilize Aerotek; and now, I havent been this excited to work somewhere in a long time! Definitely give Aerotek a chance, I strongly believe their top priority is the wants of job seekers and that they employ other hard working, friendly recruiters like Bryan Kelley.

I worked with Aerotek, twice and both jobs were exactly what I was looking for. I dont know how they received my resume the first time but when I got the call I was definitely pleased because the company that I would be working for was a company that I was trying to work for anyway in the past so I was excited! Im 100% honest when I say that I was placed with a great company that was a huge company, very clean, and professional and a company that actually takes care of their employees. I felt spoiled! The pay was great and I never went to work thinking "I dont feel like going to work" It was just all around awesome! The company was actually a place where you can retire from and one of those jobs that you do not want to loose. Unfortunately, my assignment was coming to an end and I was actually due to have a baby any time so I had to go but I loved it and to this day feel like it was a true blessing! The young lady I worked with was super nice and professional. The second job was also through aerotek and the pay was great again, the atmosphere was great, I officially vouch for Aerotek! for me personally I can say that Aerotek is not a company that places you with rinky, dink jobs but with great reputable companies that and they are the only staffing agency that actually pays well! I recommend anyone!

I had such a great experience with Aerotek. I got a call from Alex after having posted my resume on Indeed. She had a job position for a company in Lock Haven, a 45 minute drive from my apartment in State College. I was so thrilled. We talked on the phone for about 30 minutes that first time where she told me about the job and figuring out how interested I was. Being newly graduated and needing any sort of lab experience, my excitement was clearly evident, and Alex was quick to schedule a phone interview for the following week. I ran into some travel delays on my way back to Pennsylvania, and she was more than understanding and willing to reschedule. I eventually got an interview with the company, and Alex called me about an hour and a half after the interview to let me know that they wanted to make me an offer. My experience with Aerotek and Alex was great. Alex was with me the entire way and was more than willing to answer any questions I had even though it was a weekend. She called me before my interview to see how I was doing and wanted to hear all about the interview afterwards and made sure to calm any qualms I had. I am beyond appreciative for Alex and for Aerotek for helping me to land my first job!

Bryan Kelly and the Aerotek staff in Harrisburg have been extremely helpful in aiding me find a career opportunity in the area. I have tried using multiple temp agencies and all have been of little or no help. Bryan was different. He took the time to thoroughly read over my resume. He brought me in to talk to me and determine my strengths and goals. He called a few of my professional references to gain judgement on my character and work ethic. Unlike the other agencies he was determined to find me a full time career opportunity. I have received calls from Bryan at 9pm on weeknights and Saturday evenings to talk about my job search and possible opportunities. He even called me when he was out of the office. That is a testament to show how fully dedicated he is and was to helping find the right opportunity. When he was out of the office his partners at Aerotek were equally as helpful by checking in with me and keeping me updated. I would suggest this office to anyone looking for employment in the area. They are very professional and have done absolutely everything they can to help me find a career opportunity. I have complete confidence they will put that same time and dedication in to your career search.

The first time that I called Aerotek I did not have a very good experience. Whoever it was that answered my call did not take finding me work seriously, didnt call me back (ever), and was rather rude to me when we spoke. However, after failing to find work on my own for a few more weeks I tried again, and was amazed at how great the service was. My point of contact at the company worked tirelessly to find me a position that fit my needs. In two weeks he was able to find something that paid the amount I was requesting, that didnt involve doing anything I had specifically requested against, and is minutes from my house. He took calls as early as 8 am and as late as 7 pm. His work ethic was commendable, and he made sure to keep me up to date with every opportunity that came across his desk with the hope that one would be right for me. I have currently been working for that company for a month now, and I love it. I cannot thank Aerotek enough, and I vehemently believe that the vast majority of people they employ are dedicated to helping the people who apply through them for work.

He really took the time to go over my skills and research the career opportunities that utilize my education, skills, and work best for my family. Because of that, it was like our minds were in sync!
