First impression were ok, and then they continued to drop the ball from a customer service stand point POOR! From not receiving calls about jobs even as I called in weekly. The majority of their jobs were entry level mostly offering below 12 per hour, my earning potential was above 50k, I took a warehouse assignment jus to gain some income, since I accepted the 10.65 per hour at minlow logistics SIGNATURE would not assist me by sending my resume to other candidates, AND they altered the job description! As Im on this job Im told overtime is mandatory, well they changed it to advertise "as need" CLEARY 2 different things when I called in very ignorant and rudely stated if thats how you feel we can cancel you assignment! I cant recall to inadequate persons name but it was one of the ladies up front clearly talking down and demeaning when none of it was warranted. canceled. Taylor was very nice and fair. I then interviewed at 2 places after being reregistered for 4-5 months was offered both jobs while considerating I received a offer I was working on!!! Long story short not reliabe, unprofessional, and they give off an attitude AS IF they are better then someone. TERRIBLE EXPIERENCE. Emailed Ryan and Taylor to inform them of my decision, and to tell them how I was treated AND received ZERO FOLLOW UP OR RESPONSE, ID NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!!!!

I had a great experience when I stopped into the office and first applied, but it went drastically down hill after that. Upon applying and interviewing I was told that I would be a great fit for several positions, that I interviewed great, and did a fabulous job with the testing. I expressed my need to resume work immediately and they said that wouldnt be a problem. They wanted me to do a video interview that I couldnt quite get figured out on my end, they told me they would resend the link but never did. When I called and emailed to follow up on my applications to the jobs they said I would be a good fit for, they never got back to me. After about 12 days I began a position that I found on my own. It was my first and only experience with a staffing agency and I cant say that I would do it again. I feel it was an excessive amount of work for absolutely no reason. I feel I was given a lot of false hope and strung along.

I must say they are great very professional, have plenty of patience and yes you have to call them once or twice a week but remember we need the job not them, yes they will assist us find jobs but it takes two. I called three or four times I didnt care I made it my BI to make sure my name stood out and they reached out to me with a few jobs. Long story short I now have a job through signature staffing a great job thank you god and signature staffing. Ill recommend them to anyone

I had a horrible experience while working with them to find a position. Not only did the recruiter no nothing about the position that they were interviewing for (project management) but they did not even make an effort to try to hide their ignorance. The entire interview to "find the right fit" lasted a total of 5 minutes. Needless to say, they have not found a job yet. Go to any of the other staffing agencies, do not waste your time with this one.

Horrible representatives. Theyre a waste of time trying to keep in contact with them. They require you to call them once a week rather than call you when positions open like any other staffing agency. They string you along and dont actually send your information in to employers. Do not waste your time with these people. Theyre not interested in their clients.
