I go here for kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitzu every week. Great place to train and learn almost any kind of Martial Art you can think of, with great coaches to teach each one! My sister, my dad, and I all do BJJ and think it is great for self-defense and discipline. This place is so great even people from a few hours away come everyday. Our family is extremely lucky to only live about 10 minutes away! Great place, I recommend it for all ages. -Colin Byrne

Im be honest i hired a personal trainer there and it the best gym i seen so far. The place is very clean and spacous. The trainers really pay attention to what you need. You get better really quick. They have a boxing ring, cage, matts with the bag and matt area for rolling.
