I give Melissa a BIG A+ she not only gave me 100% service but went that extra mile and gave 110%. You dont find this type of service in todays world. Im highly impressed. I live in a big city in Florida and couldnt find the package sent to my sister in Horsham. I found out from my sister that she lives in Horsham but the mailing address is Hatboro. OOPS I couldnt even get a human being on the phone in Florida, you go round and round with a computer. Then tried calling my local Post Office only for the number listed to ring off the hook. What good is a number when nobody answers it. Then I thought call my little hometown in Horsham and who answered on the first ring?? My Sweet Melissa as the song goes and now I know why. Give this lady a raise!! What an asset to your company. A Big THANK YOU to you Melissa for taking the time and caring.

Truly hate dealing with this post office. A small package was sent out for delivery at 8:06 am and by 11:00 am it states on the tracking I can pick it up at the post office. However my mail is not delivered until after 1 pm when they do have the courtesy to deliver. Then i call the post office ay 4:33...Mrs Darby answers the phone and when I ask if a package is waiting for pickup she throws an attitude at me that they close at 4:30. Ass

We have the misfortune of having an address that is similar to our neighbors and our mail is often delivered to their house. Ours is a whole number and theirs is the same number with a 1/2. Frustrating but seperate houses and the delivery people seem to not be able to tell the difference. Take the time, read the entire address people!!

I officially change my address more than one year ago and now I am getting just propaganda; when called I was asked to call the Ambler office and they told me ....there is not too much to do but talk to your mailman... Thanks for the nice service.

I cant believe the mail service in Horsham. Its the 2nd time this past month that the mailman has failed to come to my house and deliver mail/pick up mail. Its absolutely crazy...I have never dealt with such poor mail service.

Ive had a package just sitting there for the past week according to the tracking number and I am desperately waiting for this item. Because of this post office, it is already late. What are they doing with it? Ship it already

It is a post office...what do you really need to and want to know more than the timings of the place? Its like reviewing a DMV, is there really a reason to do so? Its open at 8am i like that.

If this branch cares about customer satisfaction at all, they should consider making major adjustments to the rude and lackadaisical attitude among certain staff.
