My two young children attended this center for approximately three months before I decided to make a switch. The facility is poorly maintained, dirty and insecure. The staff was exceedingly rude to me. One of my children was being bullied by one of the children of a staff member and I was constantly receiving incident reports regarding my childs "poor behavior". I inquired about what was being done regarding the other child and was hand-waved away until I went to the director and even then, I was treated as though my concerns were trivial. The director is seemingly clueless as to what is going on in her center and always seemed completely overwhelmed with actually handling the staff at the center. The only reason I am leaving two stars instead of one is because one of the instructors, Damien (sp?), had always been outstanding when I dealt with him. The way he interacts and treats all the children is the gold standard for what I expect to see in child care. If I could pick him up and bring him to my kids current center, I would in a heartbeat. Come to U-Gro, Damien! Otherwise, I would strongly recommend staying far away from this center unless youre just looking for a cheap place to dump your kids all day and dont care how they or you are treated.

DO NOT ENROLL YOUR CHILDREN HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT THEM! My child came home from the center recently and described in disgusting detail how they were touched inappropriately by one of the teachers ("Miss" Ashley) and apparently on repeated occasion. Ive contacted the ownership but am being ignored! Ive pulled my child immediately and am in contact with the state and police, but I wanted to somehow make this known immediately so other parents can avoid this happening to their children!

This place is terrible. Staff is cold and uncaring. Ownership doesnt care. Only reason Im giving two stars is because Miss Lauren is a hottie and super nice to my kids and me. Wish I could take her with me to their new daycare but oh well.
