I have had continuous problems with my mail since moving to this area 4 years ago. I live in Wyncote but mail comes from the Jenkintown PO. We have received soaking wet mail, other peoples mail, we have found our mail on the sidewalk and in the street with tire prints and we receive other peoples mail several times a year. I have spoken to the manager on a couple of occasions but the problems have continued. In the past few months I have left 3 messages for her to call me and not one call was ever returned! I recently went on vacation and they stopped my mail the day BEFORE I asked for it to be stopped. When we returned from vacation, in addition to our own mail we received SIX pieces of mail addressed to SIX DIFFERENT people! Two of the letters were from the IRS! One was a credit card statement, one from a university, one from the International Bar Association and the other was junk mail which is irrelevant since NONE of it was addressed to me! In the past I have written letters all up the chain of command from the manager of this PO to no avail. Finally I learned about the Postal Regulatory Commission and I have now filed a complaint with them. Well see how it goes. If you have problems with this PO, I suggest you write to them as well. I know that a lot of people in my own neighborhood have had complaints and they also were ignored. Its time something was done about the service issues at this PO. prc.gov

It seems as if they hired the least intelligent individuals possible to work at this condemned location. Three times now they lost my package and I received the general, "Please wait 21 days before filing a report". I am still fighting for my money back or for someone to have the mental capacity to deliver a package correctly. If you want to save yourself a headache, use UPS, FedEx, DHL, or any other means of logistics. Having a 110 year old blind person with dementia deliver your package from a rural village in China has more guarantee than this location. 0/10 avoid like the Bubonic plague

This is the main post office for a few of the neighborhoods, making it often a cluster of confused patrons. Then add unhappy employees that move at a snails pace. This location is a test of patience. The one saving grace is you can usually drop last minute mail to a returning mailman on the back dock if you missed the 5pm drop. Otherwise, Id suggest heading a mile away to the Wyncote location just beyond the Jenkintown train station. #Jenkintown #Stamps

Absolutely horrendous post office - a priority mail package was returned after only one attempt at delivery, contrary to USPSs delivery policies. Seems like tax payers should stop bailing out a failing enterprise and switch to using UPS or FedEx

Our office uses this Post Office frequently and have never had a bad experience in 3 years. We mail ourselves copies of everything we send, the mail goes in and is sent promptly (we often have it within 2 days).
