I bought a oil change deal on Local Flavor. I called ahead, let them know I had a voucher for the local flavor deal I purchased. The deal was $15 for a $40 oil change. I drive over 20 minutes to get there. The rude associate REFUSED to take care of my car because I didnt have the voucher printed out! No where in the fine print anywhere did it say that it needed to be printed out. I tried arguing that all he had to do was call local flavors merchant line, enter the voucher number, and redeem it....he told me to leave the store! Unreal. I called local flavor, Im waiting on my refund which will only take a few days...long story short, AAMCO is basically using local flavor for the advertising. I would not go there if they offered to service my car for free. I took it to Pep Boys on Fruitville Pike, and they did a wonderful job. This place is a scam. I hope this will help someone!

Excellent customer service! We were in the area on vacation and had car battery troubles. We stopped here and Rusty checked our battery and found out that it was fine. That was just corrosion on the battery that was causing it to not start. He was ready to close the shop, but brought us in anyway.! He cleaned the battery terminals and tested the battery. Then took the time to explain what he did to fix it. So we want to recognize Rusty for his exceptional customer service. Thank you for being honest and making your vacation

These guys are life savers. I was with my family driving through Lancaster on our way to vacation when my engine started squeaking. I pulled over and called AAMCO which was nearby. They were closing but stayed open late, drove out to where I was and immediately and correctly diagnosed the issue and got it in to the shop. Ended up being an issue with the AC compressor. We got back on our way safely. Great customer service, skilled work, and all around nice guys. Thank you!

Outstanding repair works, the Folks at this location are very accommodating, and very Customer friendly! They went out of their way to help me out, their work is great, and the price was reasonable. I will recommend them to all my friends and family, nest time you have a Car problem, you should give them a try. Thank you AAMCO for fixing my front end suspension in such a perfect way, they feel great, and I drive my car down the road with great deal of safety...

Toxic Waste

Worst customer service I have had in my life. Mechanic was nice but the owner was an absolute fright to deal with. They did not even have work orders for the mechanics to show us. We left with a grinding sound and turned around. We left a second time the same day and the sound was not resolved. They took parts out without telling the owner. Will never go back there again. Vehicle left the lot unsafe to drive.

Brought in my F150 truck for a new remand transmission, couldnt find it that cheap ANY where, others wanted to charge me 20% to 30% more, AAMCO took care of me, they gave me 3 years, or 50,000 miles warranty, when the Ford Dealer can only give 1 year, or 12,000 miles warranty for 30% more in price! Awesome job AAMCO, thank you, I will bring all my repairs to you from now on ... YOU ARE MY MECHANIC

Rusty at Aamco was a life saver for my husband and I! We were on our way to the beach when we some how ended up with a flat tire. Aamco was the first mechanic shop we saw since we were unfamiliar with the area, so we stopped in. Rusty figured out the issue with our tire, fixed it, and sent us on our way quickly. Great guy to work with and he eased my anxiety about continuing our trip :)

The mechanics are hard workers and do a fantastic job. But its the owner who is the problem. He pushes transmissions even if the vehicle does not need it. Then refuses to pay the mechanics that worked for him. I would not recommend working here.
