My service was on 7/24/15. Absolutely the Best Auto Repair shop I ever used. You can count on the best quality work and honest fair prices hands down. Not only is the service impeccable your always greeted with a warm welcome and friendly faces. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else!!! My service was on 9/03/15. I cant say enough about how incredible the gang at Hartman Bridge Auto Service are. They came to my rescue and had me back on the road in a FLASH. You cant beat the service and prices. If your looking for a good auto shop HBAS is the place to be. HBAS goes out of the way to provide excellent quality repairs. I really appreciate the gang at HBAS.

They were dishonest with me about my vehicle when it came to inspection time. They said something was wrong with it and it would cost roughly 800 to fix it, so it did not pass inspection. I didnt have the money at the time so I got a friend who is a mechanic to take a look at it. He said everything underneath looked brand new and nothing was wrong with it. So I decided to take it somewhere else and it passed with nothing wrong what so ever. In conclusion to this, I just felt a lot of dishonesty.

This is my first time writing a review. My service is so outrageous that I had to write one. This was by far the worst experience that Ive ever had with a garage or any business for that matter. When I picked my car up from this garage it was making an awful noise it had never made before. When I confronted the owner he was extremely rude and cursed at me on numerous occasions in our conversation. I strongly do not recommend this place. Its only getting a one star because there is no zero.

We deal with Hartman Bridge on both personal and professional levels and feel as though they have always went above and beyond with our vehicles. An excellent auto service! From their friendly front desk staff, to the mechanics, everyone is wonderful and honest, and will work to make your experience the best. Their prices are very comparable/fair, and Ive been a satisfied customer for a few years...they always explain everything in detail before quoting pricing, as well as making sure theyre doing whats best for my vehicle. Excellent company!

A GIFT FROM HEAVEN!! as a new resident of lancaster county, caught in a nasty situation with an older car of dubious outcome...treated super honestly quickly politely--car is running better than ever--the wrong choice and i would have been a stranger "done in and ripped".........great all around...will be back and always recommend. Weve brought cars here twice now, and both times have been impressed with the entire operation. Each time there was the potential to be misled into believing that an expensive repair was necessary, and we were instead offered inexpensive alternatives that didnt affect the safety of the vehicle at all. The people here are all very nice, and we find them honest and pleasant to work with!

Amazing garage! Josh helped me out with a flat tire, he got me in with only half an hour left in his work day, fixed my flat and got me back on the road. He found a budget friendly solution to fix my TPM sensors. As a single mom, I dont have to worry about being swindled or taken by a mechanic; HBAS is honest and their prices are on the low end.

Ive used them for years. Much more reasonable prices than a dealership for my 6 yr old cars maintenance . Just recently they fit me in a very tight schedule to repair a brake issue that had been festering for a month. But since I was driving with AC on/during heat wave...I did not hear the problem until it got bad. Would recommend them any day.
