Over 23 years ago, Bruce Warren was recommended as an honest, reliable auto repair shop. Desperate, I had purchased an 18 year old Ford Ltd that sat on a lot in Montana and drove it to Norfolk after buying a carton of oil. Soon after arriving in Norfolk, I visited Bruces. He not only got that old Ford up and running but, through the years, he kept it going. At one point, receiving a new-old 92 Taurus, I visited Bruce to have the car tuned for the road. He keeps the Taurus purring! Throughout all the years, I have had my autos regularly serviced, repaired, and readied for inspection. I have had nothing but outstanding service, and reasonable, competitive pricing compared with services locally and in other States. Always, I have found the people at Warren Auto to be accommodating, working with me around my schedule ( and his ) to arrange an appointment or, in an emergency, working me into the schedule as soon as possible.
