My daughter went there for an oil change and started leaking fluid from her car after she left. She went to the car dealership and they informed us that the oil plug was missing from the car and replaced with something called a heely coil in the oil pan. The entire oil pan has to be replaced, which costs over $400. At NO time did anyone say they stripped the oil plug or messed it up in any way. They just put this hack job in the car to keep the oil in there. Which didnt work. I called the shop to explain and spoke to Mike, who said he was the owner and there was no one else I could speak to about the issue. Mike refused to accept any responsibility. So, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Basically, anyone can make a mistake but what shouldve happened is somebody should have said the oil plug was damaged beyond repair and that they were attempting this unreliable method to resolve the issue. They should not have not said anything and made this repair without notifying the owner of the vehicle. Accept responsibility for errors made by your technicians. They are human. I do not recommend anyone use this establishment. They do not take responsibility for their mistakes. Kim Virginia Beach

Have been going here for oil changes for a couple of years and always felt like they were honest and relatively quick, plus they have a promotion where if you buy the preferred oil change package, every 5th oil change is free. Last week we took my wifes car in for its 5th oil change, and not only did they not give us the free oil change, but they left the MAF sensor unplugged after checking the air filter, causing the check engine light to come on, and told us we would need to get it looked at at the dealer. The dealer then charged us a $118 diagnostic fee to tell us the sensor was unplugged. She went back to Meineke to explain what happened and ask for some compensation for the negligence of the mechanic and was told they would not have unplugged anything and they offered her a free oil change (which we already should have gotten through the promotion). Unacceptable and we will not be returning to this shop.

Excellent service, best mechanic experience Ive had. I had a problem with my CV axle which sounded like a brake problem. Not only did the mechanic Keon give me a standard brake check but he took the time to test drive it with me to listen for the problem free of charge. I took the car back a few days later during my lunch break. It wasnt going to be ready by the time my break was over, so the manager let me drive his personal vehicle to work and pick up my car later. Keon took the time to explain the issue and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

Horrible experience. Went there for a basic Oil Change and and Tire rotation and picked the package that also came with a free wheel balance. The Wheel balance they did made my whole car vibrate and when i let them know about it they first said that it was a problem before i came in, then they said it was a problem with their machine not doing balances correctly and they would have a rep come in and fix the machine. The issue lasted for 3 days (which they refused to pay for rental car) until they finally got their machine fixed and were able to correct the issue. Never again.

I use this location for oil changes only and have had no issues until recently. I was told i needed a new set of breaks but they never did take off my tires to check the breaks so I guess they have exray vision. I changed my own breaks today. When I took them off they where only worn down half way, so I feel like they where trying to scam me. Im not saying not to use this location, but it is hard to find a honest mechanic.

THIS MAN IS VERY HARD TO DEAL WITH (RIP OFF) I HAD A FUEL PUMP REPLACED IN MY CAR AND 2 MOUNTHS IT WENT BAD , WHEN I TOOK IT TO ANOTHER SHOP THEY TOLD ME MEINEKE GLUED THE PUMP IN AND LOST MY BOLTS AND LOCK RING TO HOLD IT IN THE TANK , SO IF I HIT A HARD BUMP IT COULD HAVE COME OUT . THE OWNER IS NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX THE PROBLEMS . WOULD NOT SEND ANY BODY THERE.

Needed three exhaust hangers welded on to help support my exhaust. Paid 135 which i thought was a little steep. The welds were so bad that one of the exhaust hangers fell off and my exhaust dropped onto the axle as i was going to kentucky. I showed the shop manager the poor work and he refused to give me a refund.

Dont understand why at 1:30pm on Veterans Day I called to see what the wait time was for an oil change and they said they couldnt do it because they were "done for the day"... And yet the website says theyre open till 5pm. Worst customer service to date.
