TERRIBLE experiene at this place. While there, I felt as if I was taken care of. Went in for an inspection..I told them my car was a little wobbly when I drove and I was told that was my power steering fluids or whatever. I paid out the wazoo to get my fluids changed. Gave me a "GREAT DEAL". Said my car would be in perfect condition minus the fact that I failed my inspection due to the neon trunk tail light was out. Soon as I drove it off the lot and onto the highway, it did the wobbly thing again. Okay whatever..maybe it was something else they didnt diagnose. I was told I would get a call the day after to install a new break light so I can pass my inspection. Nearly two weeks rolls by (The rejection sticker only lasts 15 days) and I had been promised call backs each time. Never did I get a call back. On the 14th day.. Im told nobody else knew anything about getting this Cadillac part and the mechanic working on my car was in the hospital. Steven tells me theres absolutely nothing he can do to help me out.. NOBODY wants to take accountability for someone dropping the ball. This is how this place works?! I WORK ON BASE mind you. How am I supposed to transit on and off base when my rejection sticker is expired! No extention..no reinspection, NOTHING. Just an "Im sorry maam..I cant help you at this point". Never again will they have my business!! Expensive AND dont deliver what they promise.

Please do not go here. Aside from trying to get the most money out of you they are rude and will mess up your car. I received an oil change here and they took about 15 minutes to apparently do everything. Once they were finished they tried to get me for $200 on simple fluid changes I could do myself. Anyways, I drive no more than 20 miles and out of no where my engine starts to rattle and turns off. I push my car to a parking lot and pop the lid. White smoke starts to shoot out of the engine oil cap and theres this very bad burnt engine smell. I call tune up very irate because this has never happened. My engine roared before I went to them; it was very strong. They said "sweetie we do not give out bad oil. Its your belt" without even looking at my car. Well my belts were perfect and intact. They were very apathetic and refused to take responsibility. Anyways my boyfriends stepdad had to take charge and thats when they finally decided to tow me to them. They said they wont look at it until the next day. No urgency at all. Im sure theyll find some other reason than low oil that burnt my engine out and could not sufficiently lubricate it. Please dont go here if you love your car!

On June 24th, i dropped my car off for a tune-up! Few hours later we receieved a phone call about other issues that was found. Okay, cool. Later, only to find out that they did not have a part that the car needed. So, my car wont be ready until Monday 11:30am. Later, i receieved a call that it will not be ready until Tuesday 10am. Well, that was not the case. We were told again, 12:00. Yeah right! Went up there and found out my car was sitting outside getting a sun bath, rather than being fixed. Oh, by the way, we had already payed. (He gaved a so called discount the saturday, if we had payed cash then). That did not make much difference. I husband picked ip my car at 3:15pm. Oh, and they still have another part that was not replaced. My conclusion, although, they did identify the issues the car had, their timing, and professionalism is not pleasing at all. So, if one desire to use the shop be vigilant, and use at your own risk!

STAY AWAY!!!!! Do NOT go here!! I went in for an oil change and a battery service (which requires two seconds and a wire brush). More than two hours later I was charged over 70 dollars for an oil change! From the time I left there until today I noticed the smell of burning coolant every time I got out of the car. So I went and spent over a hundred dollars on new radiator hoses and replaced them, while I was removing one I found a slice in the hose where someone had cut it with a sharp object. I took it to the shop and they said they would never do such a thing and to call the customer service line. So I did and the manager there said that there was nothing they could do because it wasnt their fault and I was wrong and degraded me. Not the way you conduct business! Ive worked in a shop before and when something like this happens you dont tell the customer theyre stupid! Horrible place of business!!

ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE: They are salesmen to the fullest extent of the word. I dropped my car off with a GROUPON for a full service oil change and tire rotation. BIG MISTAKE. HUGE. They tried to get me out the door in $600 of repairs and told me if i wasnt interested in having the work done, I could come and get it towed. Once my dad went down, he found that the repairs they said needed completed were bunk, and about $100 later I was out the door. This was on E Litle Creek. In addition, the 5 star ratings are from their employee - I mean sales men -- that like to bully little girls. Good job guys. By the way... if you read these and still choose to go, be prepaird to need something with your oil pan or plug. Its amazing Sir Ranesolt (see review below about issues with the drain plug) and I had such a similar experience. So at least double the budget you plan on spending.

If it was at all possible to give this place no stars I would. I went here for my cars state inspection. They told me it would take a least 2 hours because there was a wait so I went to have lunch. When I came back to pick up my car they tacked on charges that made the bill over 100 dollars! They said if there was anything that needed to be corrected they would call me first and I would decided whether I wanted to get it repaired at their shop! No call! They said that there were lightbulbs in my rear lights that needed to be replaced but I knew they scammed me out of my money. How can you scam a college student! I dont have 100 dollars just lying around. Needless to say I reported them to the state. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Thank You JARED!!! You made our trip a possiblility . Coming from the Outer Banks around the Chesapeake Tunnel my brakes seized up. Not the best time to look for brake work, Friday around 4:45pm! When we had almost giving up tracking down your location, stumbled on it , and after calling ahead Jared was waiting for us . Not too many people would consider waiting for a steak dinner at home to get break pads, rotors, lines and all the labor done for some late arriving customers on a Friday. Jared agreed to get it done that night for us, and worked til completion around 9 that night! With a miracle and Jareds skilled work we arrived to my sister-in-laws baby shower in D.C. that my mom needed to be part of! Thanks JARED!!!
