Honest review of my experience in this autozone. I bought an ac recharge dispenser and bottle yesterday. The employee was very helpful asking If I knew how to recharge. The next day I tried to recharge my ac but the hose connection couldnt make a seal. Then I noticed the cap was broken. I took it back to the autozone and they saw the cap was clearly broken. I did not have a receipt but I paid with credit. They could not look it up for some reason. Every other store like Walmart and target can look things up by credit card. But they cannot for some reason. A little angry that they sold me a defective product and instead of trying to keep my business and make it right, by exchanging a dispenser. They lost a customer forever. I know I should have a receipt but not everyone can keep track of that in a paperless age. I will never go to autozone. I guess its advanced auto and oriellys for me now. Minus one star for broken part. Minus one star for no credit card look up. And minus one star for not trying to make it right.

I had a flat tire tonight and pulled into this auto zone. I opened my trunk to discover I didnt have a jack. One of the associates, Darren, saw my and came over to ask if I was alright. I told him what was going on and went into the store and grabbed a jack and iron. He put my donut on for me. I really liked that he went out of his way to help me even though I hadnt come into the store. He was a life saver. Im glad I pulled into that location.

Upset that they dont honor theyre hours of operation, here I am trying to get an air filter at 9:50 pm and they dont close til 10 and they have their doors locked and are looking at me crazy for wanting assistance, unsatisfactory I hope their general manager reads this and disciplines those who closed early on February 2nd. 2016 at 1832 east little creek, they just lost a customer. I like advance better anyway!!!!

The folks at this Auto Zone were so helpful and courteous. I had an idea of what I wanted to get to make car repairs. The customer service was so good they saved me money and time. I went back home smiling, got the car fixed and still had time for a football game. The service there is awesome and the people there are too.

Someone in the parking lot reached in my open window and flipped down my sun visor looking for keys. Other than, nice staff and a well stocked store. Dont the opportunistic people who tamper with others property realise by doing so, the customer will not feel comfortable returning to their community, spending money there.

Been to this autozone twice once in August and September 2, 2015. Different employees boyh times and customer service was worst then Wal-Mart and kmart service. They act like you are bothering them and talk to you very rudely. There will not be a third visit for me.

Very nice people the manager was very Nice i Neede a Carburator Sensor which i did not know how it was called, PoP the hood and found it very quickly for me Leted me used their tools and got my Truck Back in the Road.... Thanks AutoZone & Employes
