Greatly appreciate the customer service and honesty of Princess Anne Auto. Brought my car in due to a transmission issue . I had done some troubleshooting and repair prior and took it for a test drive and it was still acting funny so I brought it in. They said they couldnt find anything wrong with my car so Im guessing it just needed time to cycle through. But I was very pleased with how they handled things. They kept my car for a few days to troubleshoot and find the problem. When they found nothing, they didnt use this to their advantage to make a quick buck off of a seemingly unsuspecting customer. Its so hard to find a mechanic shop as a female without worrying about getting ripped off due to lack of knowledge. Luckily Im not one of those females but I never let on how much I know just to get a feel of who Im doing business with. These guys are the real deal. They waived the diagnostic fee. I only paid for the towing service I used coming out to be 60.00. Ill be making them my new shop simply off merit. Good honest people deserve good business!!

Just finished doing business with these guys! I brought my car in for a state inspection, and on the way the blinkers/hazard lights stopped working. I suspected it was the flasher, and told them about it. In addition, we let them know we had a doctors appointment at a certain time and were hoping to get it back by then. These guys went above and beyond! They were crazy busy and had a huge backlog of cars already, but they were professional and courteous the entire time. It turned out I needed new wipers, and the flasher DID need to be replaced- they found the part for well under what I was expecting. It also turned out that some of the wiring was faulty, and they replaced that too, all in way less time than I thought it would take! They were very communicative and helpful at every step. I will 100% be returning to them with any future business I may have!

Princess Ann Auto has really bad service. I spent almost 1,000 to get my car fixed and they did not do a good job. I even made an appointment to go back to get fixed what was not completed and Richrard (the manager) kept pushing me off to the side, telling me how busy they were and so forth and told me each time "today is not a good time to come by".I felt like I was ripped off and they didnt care after I had spent my money. Well it happens! :( and you would think as busy as they are, they must be doing something right to attract customers... Well thats not always the case... I am really disappointed and sad. I thought I can trust them because I heard a few good things about them but i was proved the opposite.. NEVER AGAIN! ::(((

Took my moms car in for state inspection two years in a row on a referral... 1st visit...failed... Expected.. All day event...day 2 passed all day event.... 3rd visit all-day event...fail....then 4th day claims his inspector had car problems....all day event.... Inspectors home problems are not my problem... Had other things to do today but couldnt because of this... It doesnt take 8 hours to get to work... unimpressed...will never take any of my 5 vehicles to these people for anything.... Even if I need air...if I could I would give them zero stars as a rating....disappointed

I called 2 days in advance and made a appointment for 8:00a.m. to have rear shocks (already purchased) installed on my car. Was told that it would take about an hour, so I made arrangements to come to work at 10. I arrived at 8:00, signed in, gave them my key, and waited. At 8:45, I asked when they might begin working on my car and was told "it wont be long." When it hadnt been brought in yet at 9:10, I requested my key, the guy at the counter apologized, and I left. Mechanics charge $90-$150 per hour for their time (and expertise); why do they think our time is worthless?

We send all our company vehicles here because they keep it honest. I will say they are busy bees over there and thats because its hard to find good service. So if you drop your keys off in the morning just plan on getting them when you get off work or at lunch, no biggie for quality. Speaking of busy Im still waiting on you guys to find a wrecked Altima so you can replace my back frame. Keep doing your thing.

These guys will take care of you. They dont try to rip you off like other mechanics. They get busy because people know they wont rip you off. Would you rather wait or pay a high amount? Ask yourself.
