NOT A WOMENS GYM! BEWARE! My wife loved going here until we learned that they allow men into the gym to teach classes. You cant be a womens gym and allow men in for any reason. This made her feel really uncomfortable especially as they were bringing in gay men into the gym. We were both very disappointed as she faces medical conditions that require her to exercise regularly and with our conservative lifestyle and religious concerns we will only consider her attending a women- only gym. We contacted the gym with our concerns and the manager told us that the owner would contact us. We never heard from him and are canceling our membership. It seems that figure firm is more concerned about money and fitting in with social trends than truly serving the community. If you are a womens gym than allow ONLY women into the gym. That appears to be false advertisement. We are also discouraging the women from our sister churches from joining for the same reason.Very,very disappointed.

Really and strong POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE toward us THE LATINAS, very disappointed of how unhappy I am with this place, staff only complain and discipline our only 1 Latin instructor Shirley about how loud the music is during our workout, we talking, laughing during the class how intimidating we are..ohhh please that is having fun among us including the American girls that joined us in the class...figure firm staff instructing Shirley to promote other classes as soon as they see she has too many students in her class, changing routines to what we dont like and at the last minute to be notified and Shirley is prohibite to discuss it with us...only for women what a joke they have men teaching classes so dont be fake with false advertising...got happy Shirley got fired from this discrimination gym...and yessss discrimination you can count Latin girls in this gym...there lost cause big group left with Shirley to another place!!!
