Very displeased with the customer service. I had an issue with the volume level over a few days and they were not appropriately responsive. When I heard from the regional manager Nick, I walked away from the conversation feeling that I was not important as I was the "only member who complained." To be frank the reason Im considering cancelling membership is not because PF didnt lower the volume but because the regional manger stated that I was unresaonable. As a business owner myself, insulting customers is a big "no-no." ***UPDATE*** After my post here and on the BBB, I received a phone call from the owner of the company. He definitely had more business sense and apologized while explaining the reason for the volume level. We ironed out a solution and I feel, based on my communication with him, that it is only fair to increase my rating to a 4.

I have been going to Willow street for a while and its once if the best clubs Ive been too. So clean and very nice looking. I wish all the locations looked this good. I used to be a member of Ephrata and was always pleased when I was there with how the facilities were management by Amber and Nick. I recognize now that the same family owns Willow street. Kudos to the owner of these locations and the leaders he employees like Nick. This guy lives in the gym.

Pros: Excellent service, clean, respectful, moderately efficient. The PTs actually work with your limitations and show you other ways to get results your looking for. Cons: constant issues with the key cards that are suppose to work at all related gyms but never does.

I went in at 445am and stood at counter to wait for someone to come and help me out cause I lost my black card and to use the tanning bed. I just got pissed after 15 minutes and scribbled my name out and left highly pissed off. NOT happy at all.

Great, friendly staff. Also very helpful. Very clean equipment and locker room. Plenty of ellipticals, treadmills, and weight equipment. Could use more bikes, but they usually arent too popular anyway.

Great place to exercise. No intimidation and friendly staff. After your workout try the hydromassage. Its awesome.

Plenty of treadmills and ellipticals (all Life Fitness) available during morning hours and the place is clean.
