I like the gym overall the kids area is the only thing i noticed that isnt great. My daughter i signed up for the kids area. She doesnt go to daycare just the gym and never gets sick. Since taking her to the gym since May she keeps getting sick with viruses. Hand, Mouth, Foot and now Pink eye. To me it would see that she is getting it from the gym. Which to me would be they do not properly clean and sanitize the kids area. I will not be bringing her back to the kids gym since she keeps getting viruses. Like i said she doesnt go to daycare so that would be the only place she is getting it from. I would suggest that you should take better care of your kids area. Sanitize and cleaning it since you close the kids area from 1:30-3:30. Also on top of that she has been crying on and off the last 3 times i brought her. They keep calling me over the loud speaker. If you cant handle a crying child you shouldnt be working at a daycare, let alone charging people for the children memberships. That is a waste of money for me, my child and gas. For me to work out for 15 minutes before calling me over the loud speaker because she is crying off and on. That makes no sense at all. I would suggest yall figure that situation out.

I wouldnt step in this gym if you were to give me a lot of money until the class BodyVive was added to the class schedule. I loved Deborah Evans. She made the class fun. I fell in love with Pernells bodypump and cycling classes. Then I decided to have my first training sessions to optimize my weight loss journey. Anthony Hill, the Fitness Director and my beloved trainer had helped me to lose 40lbs. This gym has a powerhouse trainers . Curtis Campbell is very knowledgeable about nutrition and how the body works . He loves to assist people and is professional! Curtis workout regimes will make you wanna pass out! Lol! James Thaxtons classes will make you sweat! Paula Couto is bringing more great classes and one of my favorite instructors- Leslie Barclift Spruill! I love this place! My friends joined the gym, because of my Facebook activities regarding of my classes I post, and others had changed their minds about canceling their membership because my weight loss; and how the gym treats people - royalty and family! I can go on and on about the gym! Brandon who does the membership is awsome- he is professional and cares about the members. ❤❤❤❤❤❤ love it

Instead of showing me around and I asked about membership and rates, I got pushed a waiver in my face and wouldnt answer any questions until I filled out their waiver of liability even though I was already in the building. Pushing paperwork in my face instead of answering questions is NOT good customer service. - I became a member because its the only gym close to me. Advertised price is not 30$. You pay a deposit fee and a additional membership annual fee. Still cheaper than ymca. The equipment is nice but the staff stands around most of the day. I dont like this place but I dont have a choice. Just another corporate business. You have to pay for every little thing there. I took a friend of mine to look around and maybe motivate them, instead the staff was mean and said they needed a membership to even tour the place.

absolutely love this gym, love the trainers, & the managers, & even the front desk staff! The ONLY thing that will make me consider another gym when my membership expires would be the cleaning staff. They are beyond rude, & obnoxious, & when they are "vacuuming" they dont feel the need to move out of anyones way. Also, Ive caught them numerous times just sitting on the floor in the yoga room, or making snarky comments when we are in there & they want to "clean" it. There are 3 people in particular that I am talking about, I have spoken to a manager before about this, & unfortunately the issues have not been resolved. Even though this gym in amazing, & clean...those employees have made it very uncomfortable for me to workout many times & with the lack of acknowledgment by management I am only giving it 2 stars.

Just like most the comments here describe, Onelife is a pretty good luxury gym that manages to cater to a wide range of people. Cons: Not enough squat racks. The bench to squat rack ratio is out of wack considering you can do many more exercise variations in a squat rack. Deadlift stations needed. Ive been approached several times by the employees for "deadlifting too loudly." Its not always safe to slowly lower several hundred pounds to the floor. Install some damn DL stations. About a third of the barbells are garbage. They are too thick and have virtually no grip. Buy some extra barbells and place them in a weight tree.

I paid to work with a trainer for about six months. This place has some of the best state of the art equipment plus some old style manual machines that let you be able to have a different experience every time you go in. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly recognizing you and calling you by name. I had one encounter with a manager by the name of David who couldnt try hard enough to help me when I had questions. Always a great experience whenever I have the chance to go work out. They keep this place so clean, a real tribute to the members and the management here.

Ive been a Onelife member for about 3 years. When I first joined my cholesterol was 234 and triglycerides were 212. I started doing spin classes and slowly got them both down. But it was when I spent 6 months with a personal trainers, Mandy and Denise and commented to Lisas spin and band class and Allysons spin circuit class. Now my cholesterol is 193 and triglycerides are 116. My triglycerides dropped 52 points in 6 months. The best part of it all is I had fun and plan to continue.

Ive been a member for 5 yrs. This gym has been getting more dirty as the years go on. The womens locker room is disgraceful! !!!! Hair in the shower stalls. Dirty curtins. Toilets are disgusting every day. I work out five days per week. Sinks are horrible. Now lets move to the mats in the work out rooms. HORRIBLE!!!!! Holes & dirty as hell! The health department should be called in. Something needs to be done asap. And yes! Ive brought it to the managers. Again.....nothing

I absolutely love this gym. Its become a home away from home for me. I walk in and I get hugs from employees, and encouragement and it feels like a family. The gym is clean, and well maintained. Its affordable, and full of great people. Thanks to the gym, Ive lost 8 pounds in just under 2 weeks. I dont even take rest days because I love it so much. David and Kathleen are absolutely the best. Im so grateful.

I have tried several times to cancel a membership after moving out of state. Repeated calls to stop charges and dispute them with my credit card have been fruitless. This company even has the ability to keep charging you even if you put a stop payment on them through your card. If you wan to join a gym like this think twice. What happened to providing a service and getting paid for honest service!
