I left my stuff in a locker here for a few weeks because I missed there teeny piece of paper hanging on the wall stating not to do so. When I went to claim the contents at the front desk like the paper said, I was informed that my $110 dollar Nikes must have been thrown away. A smiling Mgr. Donna apologized briefly and said that she was not the one who threw them away... Does not help my situation Donna, but its great to know you werent personally responsible even though your business was. Cancelling membership and moving on the Universal Athletic Club.

Nice place, nice employees, clean. Ive been going here for the past 4 years, and have left before for other gyms like spooky nook. But I always end up coming back because for $10 a month theres really nothing better in lancaster, even more so than the other planet fitness location. There are some buff big guys that go during certain hours but theyre nice, quiet, and leave you alone.

The staff are very nice, and the equipment is kept very clean. They are true to their motto of no lunks or big heads. All patrons in the gym are either friendly or neutral and as stated the staff are always super nice. They make sure to greet you with a smile, and to tell you to have a good day before you leave. This is the perfect place to get a workout.

Love this place, very comfortable atmosphere! Even when the parking lot is packed there are still plenty of machines open. They are constantly improving the place. Desiree at the desk in the morning always brightens my day and makes it so I want to keep coming back! The rest of the staff is very friendly also. Plus awesome price!

Shame. Not really thrilled. No squat machine, HydroMassage or Redlight therapy+ and, a lot of the machines are not compatible with people of short stature. That in itself is a huge issue. Disappointing my interest in these machines was of no real interest at the desk and likely was filed under "dead issues".

For the price you get a very nice facility. Not perfect and doesnt have many of the niceties of an expensive fitness club like Universal, but way way way cheaper! Free WiFi would be a nice addition to stream music though.

Dont bother going here if you dont have a black card or want to pay more money. Apparently its a private owned PF gym. Wish I wouldve known this before I went there. Waste of gas and time. And the staff was rude.

For $10 a month, PF is a good choice. If youre into weightlifting, be advised that the dumbbells only go up to 75 pounds, and there are no true squat racks or benches for bench press. But still, $10 a month.....

Cheap, but easy. Has a TON of cardio machines (treadmills, elliptical, bikes, etc.) Is lacking on the weight lifting equipment. No pool. Locker rooms are big. Parking lot gets full very fast.

Facility is very clean...staff is approachable if I have questions. I never feel out of place and love that they are open 24 hours during the week. Which fits well into my busy schedule.

PF has everything you need for a great workout. From beginner to experienced. you can feel comfortable in a "ungym" environment. Staff is very welcoming.

This gym is really big, lots of equipment, and seems really clean. Parking situation is a little sketchy, they could use more and have a better lit lot.

I prefer a gym that provides group classes. I also dont understand why a gym promotes pizza and candy.

Typical gym set up, Locker rooms are a bit funky, check-in was a hot mess, small parking
