My wife and I came here to have two documents printed. When we arrrived, the young man at the counter was helping another customer, and he asked us, "What are you here for?" (Uh, not the way you talk to customers, sir.) We proceeded to tell him why we were there. We needed two separate documents printed that we had emailed the store in color on 28lb white paper. He asked if we emailed it to the specific store email that we didnt know about (Long story short...only the owner has access to the store email on the store website). We emailed it to the owners email and the associate didnt have access to that. It would have been nice if on the website, it listed another email for the weekend crew. While he was helping us he asked us if we needed them printed in color (We wrote that down in the email we sent them...great listener.) When our documents were printed, he started to check us out and told us that there would be a $2 charge for his time for use of the printer (for 20 seconds of actual work). I know UPS Stores are independantly owned and each stores pricing is different, but I worked for a UPS Store for two years, and that is just ridiculous. We ended up paying $3.65 for two color copies ($1.83 per copy). The young man who helped us was probably new on the job, so it wasnt his fault, but I will not be going back there again. If you have been going there for a while and like the service, thats fine. But if you are a new customer and need a UPS Store to help you, I would suggest going somewhere else.

Walked in first thing this morning. Greeted with a cheerful "good morning", smile and eye contact. Very awesome, fast, efficient service beginning to end. Shipped a small package (which they were to pack). I walked in at 8:00 when they opened, my receipt is marked 8:02. A little out of my way, but the customer service is worthy.

"Notary services" is not actually notary services. If you have an I-9 form that your employer wants notarized, they will refuse to do it, claiming they are "liable." If I have documentation indicating that I am a citizen and eligible to work, such as a passport, what exactly would you be "liable" for?

I definitely would recommend this store to anyone in the Lancaster area. Staff was courteous and professional and answered every question I had. I will continue to use this store for all of my shipping and printing needs!

I love this store. The staff is kind and courteous and always willing to help. They go the extra mile too and will help with packages (even if you just bring items in and need to go through the whole process).
