"Really?... " was what the driver said to me, before he ignored my questions I asked him about whats wrong? What did I do? Apparently being handicapped and taking more than 30 seconds to answer the door is unacceptable to UPS. On the rude drivers way off he decided to call me a handicapped cracker beneath his breath, which totally shocked me beyond belief. I examined my package he so kindly dropped from 4 feet off the ground onto concrete at my door and it was shattered and broken. UPS wont deliver to my home anymore, packages get dropped off wherever and whenever the driver feels like it. The local UPS store, and sometimes they ride around on the truck for 3 days and get sent back to the sender. No sorry I missed you notices on the door, no delivery attempts made anymore. Calling to complain gets you nowhere! Managers at dispatch say theyll take care of it, yet I see the driver drive past my home with the same route. This behavior probably got this guy a promotion. Dont use this service. Fed Ex or even DHL will treat you like a human being, not just an inconvenience to the bitter, incompetent, and UPS(et) with their own lives. I will never use UPS again, a reasonable resolution would be to ensure the driver is doing his job correctly or fire him and get someone that will treat the very customers they serve with professionalism and respect. Thats what brown can do for me.

Received a notice when I got home from work on a Thursday that I had a signature required letter to sign for. Delivery attempt was at 10am and it said they would try to redeliver the next day. Well, the majority of us who are at work at 10am on a Thursday are probably also going to be at work at 10am the next day. So I went online to track this letter. It said that my package was going to the "UPS Access Point", but had not yet arrived. This turned out to be a local UPS package store. So the next day during my lunch break I visit the store and of course, the letter is not there. They check the tracking number and tell me they tried to deliver it again around the same time that morning to my house. I was referred to call the 1-800 number to see if I could request this letter be held at their customer pick up center. So I call and they said they would hold it there, but they close at 6pm. Really? The center is 15 miles away and tack on rush hour traffic it would probably take 45 minutes to get there. Its now Saturday morning and Im ready to get over there but of course, they are CLOSED. They cant even be open for a few hours on Saturday to help match packages with their intended recipients? How inconvenient can UPS make this?! Back to square one on Monday....

Horrible tracking, they tried to deliver on Thursday and left an access point slip. I went to access point on Friday and when the locker opened it was empty. I called from the access point, the lady asked me to hold while she looked it up. I sat there for twenty minutes in 95 degree heat, with 80% humidity, and she never came back. I called on my cell phone and was told that they would call me back within an hour. They never called me back. Called back Saturday morning and was told that the driver left a comment, "address needs an apartment number", I live in a house. I was then told that I couldnt pick up my package until Monday, which I really needed for this weekend. I was given the complete run around and in the end, UPS still failed.

This company is insane. When you get a package that requires your signature, the tracking will give you only the specific day when that package is going to be delivered to you. However there is no specific time or at least a range of time of that day when that package will be delivered to you. In other words you have to be stuck in the house for the entire day. What kind of company is this? Poor Customer Service, poor communication. Now when the first attempt to deliver fails, why dont they give you the option to pick it up from the closest location to your home? NO actually the farthest, they do...it does not make any sense UPS? GO Fedex or USPS they are more flexible and customer service friendly!

I have to go pickup a package at the UPS warehouse today because said I had moved , that is true but I moved to the address on the paperwork 3 months ago and the previous owner had my same name and was a frequent hoarder customer, I guess the driver knew he was gone and decided not to deliver the package , maybe a better choice was to knock on the door or get the truck up to ramming speed and sling the package across the front yard. I know Im going to have a fun time with them when they open up for about a hour since Im dealing with bad customer service and wasting my time , retrieving a important item I need and it was driven within 10 foot of my driveway.

Very unsatisfied with ups have called for 2 week for a damaged package to be picked up 5 times I have called 5 times I have been told the driver will get it and 5 times driver is a no show .This is absolutely unacceptable its not even christmas there is no excuse for this absolutely horrific treatment of a long time customer .The box appeared on my porch mutilated the hole bottom out of it and the driver thought this was ok wow !! really .My suggestion is use the post office and support our hard working gov. employees.

UPS driver left an info notice for a attempt to deliver ( I was at work ) replied on the back where you can have it sent to a alternate address and sighed even gave a copy of the leasing office card where i wanted to pick up the package ( cross the street ) found out that its up to the drivers discretion whether or not they make the delivery so im driving an hour out of the way to pick up a package that was never delivered due to laziness ratting should be 0 for failing to be a delivery service.

They are liars, and further more only delivered one of our boxes of wine. When we went to go get our boxes at the customer center they said they only had one. We told them there are 2. Her answer was that the wine got packed in one box. REALLY...how would she know?!!! she was not there when it was packed! After hours on the phone they believe the other box is at the center and now I have another long drive to see if it there! I will never us UPS again!

I preordered a video game from Amazon and set it up for two day shipping, but when it arrived to the carrier I got a notification from Amazon saying that UPS couldnt deliver my package because of an incorrect address. Every bit of info on my Amazon account is accurate, I even triple checked everything. It looks like Ill be going with regular shipping from now on if these morons cant send a simple package to my door.
