They supposedly attempted to deliver my package at 8:02 pm yesterday(06Jan17). I was home all day and the front door was open, plus I have 2 dogs that wouldve let me know if anyone approached. I checked the status of my package at 8:11 pm and saw that it stated delivery attempted customer not available or business closed. I called customer service right away and they contacted this ship center. I was then told that the driver stated I wasnt there and they would not attempt to "redeliver" my package. I told them that they never attempted in the first place and that the driver had to of LIED. The customer service rep relayed this and I was told that due to the possibility of inclement weather they would not turn the driver around. I stated that it had only been 10 minutes since the supposed attempted delivery and that their entire purpose was customer service and to deliver packages. After arguing with 3 more personnel in customer service I was told that I would be contacted by someone at 8:00 am today (Saturday, 7Jan17) to explain what happened and to get my package delivered today. Well, it is now 9:00 am on 7Jan17 and surprise, surprise I didnt receive a phone call. This company obviously supports the fact that their employees lie and are ok with that, otherwise they would have turned the driver around to fix their "mistake!" This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and I still dont have my package!!! Buyer beware of this very sketchy company and ship center!!! Update 09Jan17: They failed to deliver my package again after it was placed on a truck at 4:19am. Customer service assured me throughout the day that it was coming, but it didnt. I filed a complaint against the driver on 07Jan17 and I am positive this was in retaliation for that! I was also told I would receive a phone call, but that never happened either. I have now filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Update 10Jan17: Update 10Jan2017: So my package was yet again not delivered!!! This time it states that it was due to weather even though I saw 2 UPS trucks, 1 USPS truck, and 1 other FedEx truck come down my street today. Somehow this driver that lied about trying to drop my package off on Friday is now lying about weather being a factor tonight!!!

I must say that today! The Fed ex team was EXCEPTIONAL, OUTSTANDING!!! Had Lil problem with my shipment. Called to customer service and talked to Ms. Rebecca, THANK YOU for handling the matter quickly!! You listen to me and you lead me in the right direction. You were PROMPT, and very POLITE!! I appreciate it!!! Went to the warehouse 1401 Kellan drive Chesapeake. Let me tell you!!! THAT TEAM ROCK!!! Knocked on door, couldnt get a answer was about to leave and saw a man walking out (I wish I got his name THANK YOU) If it wasnt for him taking the time to help me right quick, wouldnt got my package. Got inside and they were right on it. RIGHT ON IT!! OKAY!! MS. URSULA! YOU WERE ON IT! THANK YOU for you outstanding performance helping me. You kept coming back speaking to me letting me know every step you were taking to track my package!!! Awesome job!!! MS. DEBRA (Q/A who found pkg) MS. BRANDI (She found where the package was located) and MR KAREEM (He found what area van it was loaded on) AWESOME AWESOME JOB THEY WORKED TOGETHER TO GET IT DONE. Like I said in the beginning of this THIS FEDEX TEAM ROCK!!! Somebody need to make sure this is read at a meeting or something. They need to get the recognition they Deserve!! Thank you!!!

I contacted the Chesapeake office at 8am on a Saturday in order to pick up a package that had reached the local Ground hub and was scheduled for delivery on Monday. The call was answered quickly and the first gentleman transferred me to Deborah in QA. She explained that my package was already loaded on a truck, but she would enter the truck to look for it. She looked extensively, in and out of the building, but apparently the driver had taken it out for fueling. She called me back and updated me within an hour of my original call. I feel like she made efforts far beyond what someone would normally do in this situation, since it was out of her hands at that time. I received excellent and polite service by the 2 folks I spoke with there, and they did a great job representing FedEx. The last 3 FedEx Ground transactions I did were excellent, with deliveries within 2 days from South Florida and to St. Louis. Thumbs up to all involved. I will absolute use them again. And I love that you can reroute an incoming parcel to be held at a convenient local office for no charge. That is a wonderful feature if you cant be at home when the delivery is expected.

Ordered an 86 lb piece of furniture (patio lounger) from Walmart not realizing it would come FedEx, signature required. I came home from work to find a note on my door. I signed up for the online tracker (more personal info out on the internet). Was notified of a delivery date. It came and went. Same thing second delivery date. Tracker just rolled over to a new date without any explanation. Third date given by tracker, two adults home in front of house. Saw a FedEx truck speed by between 10:30 and 11:00. Received an email notice of delivery exception - nobody home to sign at 12:45. Called and was told delivery will be tomorrow. Cant continually take time off to wait for unreliable delivery dates. Called and was told it never left the station. When I pointed out the inaccuracy of the tracker, the it "never left the station" yet delivery failed because "signature required" got a very well rehearsed "Im sorry, well deliver it tomorrow." Large disorganized, uncaring company. I will never order from anywhere until confirming that FedEx wont be involved.

After calling 4 times they still will not delivered my package. They left a old door tag that was apparently delivered 3 months ago somewhere else. Some of the rudest people I have dealt with. Even after talking to a manager that promised it would be on the truck the next day, I still do not have my package. Come to find out the person that was suppose to have put the package back on the truck did not bother to check his inbox. So again. I have to wait another day. I hope they can finally get it right. Update day 6. They put my package on the truck for delivery. The driver had the audacity to put another door tag on my door without delivering my package. The signed door tag was already there for him to take. He also left me 3 of the bottom piece of door tags. Since this driver wants to play little games with paying customers then fine by me. I have already taken this a step further myself.

I called them on Monday (17APR17) because I had not received my package and they told me that my package was changed from ground shipping to freight shipping because it weighed too much. When they switched the shipping type, my package was assigned a new tracking number. I was never notified about the change. I only received that information because I called. They informed me that the tracking number had changed, but they didnt have access to the new tracking number. They informed me that my package would arrive this week given the circumstances. It is now Saturday (22APR17, 1pm, est) and still no package. I called again and now theyre saying that the person thats in charge of freight is not there. They told me that the package should ship on Monday and that the freight representative would also be in. We shall see. . .
