POOR POOR POOR! I have been dealing with the horrible delivery service by this post office for the last two years. Its to the point where I have cancelled any memberships with all online vendors that start the shipping process through UPS or FedEx and transfers it to the USPS. It makes absolutely no sense that these mail carriers are being allowed to "lose" and "misplace" packages. I refuse to spend another dime supporting the USPS if this is the service that I get. The manager is just as bad as the carriers because he is constantly receiving complaints and doing nothing about it. I have made a complaint about the delivery of my packages so many times I have lost count. The last time the delivery status was set to "NO SUCH ADDRESS" but the rest of the mail was delivered that day????? If you can prevent dealing with these people, please do. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This is the worst post office I have ever been to in my life. Of all the post offices in this area, this one is the closest to me but the staff is so incredibly rude and inefficient that I drive half an hour out of my way to ship the orders for my online business. One particularly nasty woman who works there, Avis, aggressively rejected a package of mine because it had my business stamp instead of my home address and demanded that I used my home address. Theres no law that requires that one use any return address at all on a package, let alone their personal address. I was in disbelief at the ignorance and lack of professionalism. They also often lock their door well before 5:00. Id recommend the much better staffed Granby street post office.

I wish I could give this post office zero stars. They absolutely never anwser their phone. The only other thing I get when I call is a busy signal. I ordered some things offline from two different companies on the same day. My first package was suppose to arrive on Tuesday. Never got it. The second one came the next day just fine. I dont see how you can not deliver an order but can still deliver the regular mail like nothing happened. And you have to scan it out as delivered. I really hope theu dont have a theif there because someone will be paying me back

My house burned to the ground. I had all my paperwork to get a new passport but the man behind the counter got an attitude with me for not filling the paperwork out right because I had filled it out before receiving my Birth Certificate after my fire burned everything I have ever owned. Then when I got pissy right back he came at me as if I was the one with the attitude. Horrible customer service definitely wouldnt come back to this post office ever again and wouldnt if I didnt need to reapply for my passport.

I also had packages that were supposed to be delivered to my mailbox missing. Either they cannot keep up with our mail or the carriers are conveniently not placing our mail in our mailboxes. It is RIDICULOUS!!! They were not helpful at all. Of course, I tried calling instead of wasting my gas to go down there. They do not pick up the phone at all! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This post office is not dependable...Beware!

If you are expecting a package, have the sender hitch hike. It will definitely get to you faster. I have alerts set up on my phone. They tell me when the package arrives to the post office and when it goes out for delivery. It always takes longer for me to receive the package from the post office than it takes to get from across the United States to Tidewater Dr. I think the carriers are just plain lazy.

After unsuccessful attempts to get in to apply for a passport at three other post office locations, this one was the first that was nice, helpful and had a working camera! And I could just walk in without an appointment. The man who helped me was thorough and friendly. A nice change of pace after the other three places whose cameras were broken or they were totally booked up.

Mis-delivered my package to a totally different street number than mine. Had them track it only to find the box empty but they wont report it because it was not insured?! Insurance or not, its a criminal offense! Were supposed to have the best postal service in the world. If we cant trust them to do the right thing, then who can we trust. I didnt even receive an apology.

Every other package I have that goes thru this post office gets lost or mysteriously disappears as it goes out for delivery. The people at the counter are indifferent to any inquiries about my expected delivery issues. they give me the same canned responses with little regard to me at all. In short, they are the worst...

Most post offices will at least keep the door unlocked until a few minutes before they close and as long as youre in line they will serve you. Not here. Door locked at 4:55. If you work a regular job, too bad-- you cant ever go to the post office because theyre also closed on weekends.

I really need my package by tonight n they wnot pick up the phone I been waiting for over a week n I tracked my package n its at the post office n they wont deliver it. N they lock the doors at 455 so its impossible to get the package....please stay away from this post office

It opens st 830. I called 830 on the dot this morning, just for it to ring out for over 2 minutes. I literally called right back and have been getting a busy signal ever since. I guess they dont feel like doing any work today. Avoid at all costs of possible!!! :-)

called to track a passage from overseas and was told their computers were running slow to just look out for the postal worker. If he doesnt have it when he gets there then it didnt reach them today. No help at all. Very disappointed in their service.

The worst establishment I have ever had to deal with, The phone is always busy, I had to call the 1800 number so they could send an email so i could see why i wasnt getting my mail, and it took them 5 days to call me back.

Postal workers are friendly and helpful. Gordon is the best of the best. Decorations in office by Avis are lovely. Music is great! I love my local US Post Office on Tidewater Drive !
